Started the project in the fall, less than 1 week after the pavers were installed they cracked. Francis agreed they were not installed corrected and he would come first thing in the spring to replace them. I order and paid for replacement pavers. He did contact me in May and again agreed to come to make the repairs but it is July and he is no longer answering my calls or text or emails. In addition to not installing the pavers correctly he left a huge mess in my yard, he left piles of dirt and rock all over my yard and tore up my lawn. He also agreed to repair this once the driveway was repaired. Do not hire!!

Whereas other contractors had quoted me astronomical numbers for the most expensive replacement job possible, Francis envisioned an easy and effective repair solution for a tiny fraction of costs previously estimated. Work was scheduled and completed smoothly and very graciously. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!

Our yard is now a drought tolerant, party friendly oasis with mini Bocce Ball Court thanks to the awesome Francis Landscape Essentials! Plus, the yard and street are cleaner than they have ever been in many years! And Jim McManus is known for sweeping the street! We are very pleased with the quality of work we received from Francis Landscape Essentials.The owner brought a passion and attention to detail to the job that id very rare these days. (Bravo!) We are thrilled to learn they also do permeable concrete installation. We have a narrow city lot with drainage issues and this services will help immensely. We’re looking forward to having them back in the future for about 5 more projects. Highly recommended.
