my wife and i hired this plumber and they spent a total of 3 hours at our house, did not fix what they said they would, and then tried to charge us over $2k for only 3 hours of work--we tried to fight them on that and they threatened and harassed us. horrible experience.

I would highly discourage using this plumber, they sent a high quote, charged a deposit, sent two plumbers who were not able to do the work and then claimed I owed them additional money (when I did not). I ultimately had to hire a different plumber who was able to complete the work within an hour....pretty terrible experience.

This was an ongoing project as we were replacing floors and subfloors in our 2nd floor rental unit. Radiators that had been painted over for many years needed to be removed (tough job just loosening the pipes). Before the floor work was completed plumbers returned to measure for relocation of radiators. Finally, they came back after flooring work to install radiators and test them. Additionally, we needed to install a dishwasher in the kitchen where no pipes existed for one. Space was very tight but pipes were installed to accommodate the dishwasher as well as an existing wash machine. This was all difficult work! They were on time and did all the work very well. We would definitely hire again.

They took the old waterheaters for disposal and they cleaned up the mess they made to make it look like they were never there. And on top of that, my gas bill dropped $50 a month.
