Franco roofing is amazing. Victor was the best representative a customer could ask for. He was patient with us and helped us communicate with our insurance company. When this company first approved our claim, it was a very low dollar amount they were willing to pay, and we would have had to come out of pocket for a good chunk of the roof. Victor was so kind and helped us fight with this company for more money. He did not push that we pay out of pocket, and he even did all the talking with the insurance company.
