Frank has done a wonderful job!  He hasn't left a spot untouched!  He is even working with us on the pricing!  I would highly recommend his services.

I have used this man for the past 5 years.  He is outstanding, excellent.  He is very careful to detail.  He was also very timely.  He does not try to do anything that is beyond his capability.  He uses top notch material.

He has done work several times for me and he is good.  I would use him again in the future if I needed to.

Pretty good. Punctual, and reasonably priced

He did a good job. Updated the pump and replaced several heads. One of the heads broke a few days after he left which obstructed flow of water to other sprinkler heads. When we checked we found the pipe was cracked. He had worked trying to adjust that head for quite some time so maybe something got damaged while he was doing that. We didn't call him because he had advised me he would be away for the next two weeks on vacation and didn't want to wait for him to return. With the help of a neighbor, we were able to replace the pipe and head ourselves. Overall, we were pleased with the work he did.

Excellent service! Price included parts and labor. The kitchen faucet leaked and I ordered parts. He is coming back to finish this week. Contracting him for other jobs such as install vertical blinds on 2 sliders; possibly install new bathroom vanities. Very reliable.

I had to give him and excellent, because everything was done the way I wanted. Frank Conklin preformed excellent work. I was completely satisfied. He cleaned up afterward and adding a cable tie down, proved, that he gives you what you need. I will use him again.

Frank went out and bought a new light fixture based on my assumption of the problem, but the problem turned out to be in the switch! I take half the responsibility for that, but wish he (as the professional) would've diagnosed the problem himself; afterwards, I realized he didn't clean up after himself. so, the job got done and he was responsive, but all-in-all a very mediocre and disappointing experience.

I only was to be in Florida for a few days and Frank accomodated my schedule. He even tried to help me with other moving and storage issues that came up.

We've had a problem behind the mud sink in our laundry room for a while. It was apparent that there was a slow leak behind the wall and mold was starting to form. Frank quickly figured out that the problem was that whoever put in the piping connected plastic to metal. Apparently, you can't do that unless you use a special connector. They had also used the wrong type of plastic for the hot water line. Frank ripped out the drywall, replaced the faulty pipes, put in new drywall and put the mud sink back in about four or five hours (including a trip to the hardware store). Frank was great and explained everything he was doing and showed me a few tricks of the trade, too.

He was very good. He had done about three projects around the house, and I would have him back out if more work needed to be done.

I contacted Frank and made an appointment to come and view the job. Frank forgot about the appointment so after sitting for about 1/2 hour I called him to see if he was going to come. He forgot the appointment. After that first hiccup, things went quite smoothly. Showed up on time, did good quality work. I would use Frank again. Repairs were needed to have sale go through on the home

He is fantastic. We didn?t want the door anymore. So, he removed it for us. His work was so good that we can?t even tell that there was ever a door there. He was very quick. We had a really big kitchen window over the sink and countertops. He removed that window for the countertop to be replaced. We aren?t sure how he did it because it was really rigged. He totally fixed it. It is very beautiful now. He was extremely reasonable. We?ll use him again in the future. We have recommended him to others.

I was hestitant to call since only minimal services are listed on Angie's List website under his profile. However he mentioned his ad in the montly magazine where his services are listed in more detail. I thought this would be a major challenge for more than one person, but Frank seemed nonplussed by the project. I will definitely keep him in mind for future work.

He replaced a part on the bottom of a steel door because it broke. He always did a good job and his prices are also fair. He is prompt and always comes when he says he will.

He was reasonably priced and gave me a good estimate. The end price was a little bit off, but not too much. He did good work.

Came on time and immediately started working on the doorbell. Finished all 4 work items in 2 hours and left everything clean.

He replaced some rotten molding outside, installed some door stops and baseboards. He re-plastered a wall inside and out where a custom pet door was built into the house. He replaced the attic hatches, fixed the toilet and tinkered with the washing machine, and worked on the vents. He was prompt, very organized and completed the work in the time he said he would. We appreciated his work so much that we hired him to come again next week. The quality of work was good and his prices were good, and he was also being nice to my 80 old parents.
