Frankie gave me an estimate that was competitively priced. He emailed me the proposal and in that he gave a detailed estimate of what materials he would use. I had questions for him and he answered my questions in a timely manner. He came to the job with his crew and they were efficient. The roof was ripped off then they installed a new roof. They did the job in one day. I bought seamless gutters from him too with leaf guards and his crew did the gutters the next day. We are very happy with how the roof was completed and the gutters. I would highly recommend him!

Frankie is a very competent expert roofer . He is honest , fair , considerate , polite and caring individual . You will not find a better roofer . He takes the stress and worry out of roof repair . His crew is fantastic . They are polite and considerate . They are skilled craftsmen who take roof repair personally as if they were repairing their home’s roof . Cleanup was continuous as the work proceeded . I gave a tip for the workers that is how much i appreciated their work . Give Frankie a shot you won’t be disappointed. Frankie and his crew did wonderful job on replacing my flat roof. They gave me up to date pictures of the progress and cleaned up all mess and every nail on my property. Very responsive to my calls and texts messages and reasonably priced. Will call him for future issues on other parts of my roof if need be.

Very professional. Took care to cover shrubs and cleaned up very well. I am pleased with the quality. They made sure water drained away from the house. I highly recommend them.

Right from the beginning Frankie stood out from the other contractors. First, he was very respectful and courteous. And secondly, the first thing he did was ask if he could go into the attic. He explained that he could see any issues and leaks that caused damage. Because of this we knew how many sheets of plywood would need to be replaced. No surprises. The estimate was was done on the spot and very thorough and well prepared. We waited days for the other estimates. The job start was delayed about a week by weather. But when it was time to start he and his crew hit it hard. Working sun up into dark to get the job done. Once started the job was completed on schedule like he said. The job site was kept clean and orderly and Frankie was always available for any questions I had. As a retired heavy construction foreman in NYC with 30 years experience I was impressed with how well organized his operation was. I would use him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

Frankie fixed. Where the problem in the roof was.He was willing to work with me and will finish the rest of the roof in the spring. He gave me a fair price. He was honest and explained what had to be done.Other Roofers wouldn’t consider doing part of a roof if was the entire roof now or not at all .

I would highly recommend Frankie Contractor LLC! They recently did the shingles on the side of my house. I did get several estimates and Frankie was the best, he took the time to explain everything. The crew took the time when some boards needed to be replaced to cut the larger boards to size and not just rip out all of them. I did need some boards replaced along my chimney and they painted the replacements to match the rest. They did a wonderful job and I am so happy with the results. They even came back the next morning to finish in the snow. My home looks great!

Good honest and price was great .frank and his crew did my whole roof in one day. And that was tearing of old shingles ,replaced 16 sheets of plywood and replaced new shingles. Everything was timed perfectly delivery ect.amazing comp

Would never hire again. Before the job even started workers damaged both my pillars and drove into a tree by driveway. Job was done in less than a day. Roof shingles started popping up right away. The skylights were installed out of code. No rafters, hangers. Frame all butchered. The skylights are now leaking especially with the excessive rain. The original beams were sliced down not even touching the skylights frame for support. Had to have workers go on roof 4 times to fix popping up shingles, which to this day are still popping up. New gutters were scratched up after not even few days that they had to be replaced. Original roof plywood is butchered in certain areas from all the nails being put in next to each other causing it to crack. Owner decided to void warranty after I continued to point out all the improper installation and bad workmanship. Anyone who has had skylights installed should get them inspected. Horrible work.

Our experience with Frankie Contractor, LLC was excellent on all accounts. Frankie was very thorough in his initial inspection and estimate, for our roof. He went into our attic and then went onto our roof to thoroughly inspect any potential issues. He gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate and stuck to it. No unexpected, or hidden costs afterwards. Frankie’s crew was professional, and they cared about their work. The pre-work prep and cleanup was also excellent. We highly recommend Frankie Contractor LLC for any roofing or siding project. We rarely do reviews, but this time we had to because of our extreme satisfaction and happiness with our new roof.
