After considering several painters on Angie's list , we chose Frank Neal to paint the exterior of our house, and were glad we chose him. He has many years of experience as a painter, and did an excellent job, yet we couldn't believe how affordable he was. Extremely diligent and maticulous, and just an all around nice guy. We called him back to clean our roof , and were once again thrilled with the results. Left message on a Thursday afternoon, which Frank promptly responded to a couple hours later. Made arrangements for him to clean gutters and fix some faulty faucets for Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Frank turned up at 8:15 and was gone by 9:15 having completed everything to my satisfaction. He is courteous, left absolutely no mess, and an absolute gentleman. <br /> I have made arrangements for him to return next week to pressure was the outside areas to get rid of the mold. <br /> Have no hesitation in recommending Frank.

If you accept nothing but perfection, you need Frank.  He turned out to be quite the handy man.  The biggest challenge... the original colors were dark and hard to cover.  The previous painter was certainly not picked using Angies list as the finish was poor and sloppy.  Frank primed the dark colors and nicely finished with a new light and softer color.  He also brought the house back to life with nice white paint on the trims.  Frank is also a good consultant when it comes to inquiring his 50 years of painting opinion.  He converted the garage from ugly and poor condition to brand new looking state.  He is also handy when it comes to picking up unwanted hardware and cleaning up.  Frank finally did the outside lawn and gave it a touch of life.  His pricing is reasonable and honest so you do not get any surprises.  I would recommend using Frank as soon as I am done with him though :-) <br /> <br /> <br />

We had our house painted by someone else who did a totally crappy job and didn't even finish!  We terminated that guy and I joined Angie's List.  What a stroke of genius that was!  The first listing I saw was Frank Neal.  I called him and was totally impressed by his professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond, and I could tell just by talking to him that he's an all-around good man.  I am half-way across the state from the house Frank has worked on, so he was willing to go pick up the materials for the job TWICE in order to save me 200+ miles of driving to deliver it for him.  He noticed defects in some of our wood work and voluntarily fixed them.  He has done lots of extra things that were outside the original job of painting.  He even mowed the grass for me!!!  (We are getting this house ready to move into.)  I can't say enough good things about Frank Neal.  My sister who lives near this house called me the very first day Frank worked and said, "He is doing an awesome job!"  He was a Godsend after the first guy completely mucked up the job.  You can bet I will call Frank with ANY handyman needs I have in the future. <br />

Frank was really great to work with.  I have a rental that the tenants left in terrible shape.  The rental is in Florida and I am in Minnesota.  I called on Frank and he did everything that I asked him to do without ever meeting me.  It was so great to be able to trust someone!  He was there when he said he was going to be, the price was great, and he finished everything in record time!  He was always looking for ways that might save me some money, even returning items to the store if he didn't need them.  I would greatly recommend Frank and would definitely hire him again! <br />

Frank returned calls promptly. He arrived on time. He traveled 56 miles round trip. The cost of gasoline was included in the total of  <br /> $57.50.  I think it was VERY reasonable. He put everything in a bucket as he cleaned so I had no mess on the ground or on my shrubs. Frank is a very friendly guy and a pleasure to talk to. He is "retired" and does this handyman work just to keep busy. You can't go wrong if you hire him! I will hire him again to fix my fence and for other upkeep of my home. <br />

I had Mr. Neal paint both my daughters bedrooms in a very bright and dark pinks.   He did a very good job and his price was better then any other painter I have had.  I don't have time to paint so I will be calling him back to do my bedroom and family room. I also got and estimate for pressure cleaning my drive and patio.  His price was very reasonable and I will defiantly use him when the drive needs it again. <br />

He was great.  He was always on time and always returned our phone calls.  He completed all the work we requested in a timely fashion and was very respectful to the property.  He always cleaned up after finishing a project.  He was very professional and a good worker and he was a very nice man.  The house is ready to show to the realtor. 

He did a lot of work that he didn't have to do. He painted one room with three walls in different colors of green. The larger the wall, the brighter the color of green. I was going to have it just one color, but he said the different colors of green would look better and it did. My room looks so modern now and I'm going to go for the orange next time. It's nice to meet someone who is working for a living and do an honest job. I'm going to have him back to fix my doors as well as pressure wash my house when the weather is nice.

His prices are very economical. I have used him several times. I am using him again in the near future. He does pretty good quality work. He is a good painter. He does what I ask.
