Materials are the customer's expense. I don't charge extra for material either. So labor was much less that you are saying. Mr. Pellerito responded quickly to my phonecall, estimating job within 2 days. Work completed 4 days later. Very polite, friendly, professional man, quite knowledgeable regarding repairs in several areas. Price was fair, screen repair workmanship, excellent. Will call him again as needed. <br />

We had good experience with him. He did a wonderful job. He has always done a good job for us. It was a good deal for the amount of work that he did. He has been very prompt and he has done an excellent job every time we had him. It was a good value. <br /> <br /> He has been great. We will be using him again.

I had multiple items that needed repaired prior to closing on the sale of my house. Frank was able to perform all of the work on very short notice. He did his usual excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. Frank is a craftsman and his work product reflects that. I have used his services before and would definitely choose him again. <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>Frank is a perfectionist and he performed many tasks that I would have never thought of myself (sanding multiple times before painting, accounting for slope in concrete slab prior to making cuts, etc.) Our project had an agreed upon price for all labor with material expense charged on receipts provided with no additional markup. Frank purchased all materials so we did not have to make trips to lumberyards, etc. He is a very cost conscious person and as such found ways to economize that did not effect the end product. The work area was totally cleaned at the end of the work day. At the end of our project we hired Frank to perform some misc. other handyman tasks (garage lights installed, wiring for lighting and receptacles in garage attic, bathroom light/fan installation, closet lighting). Frank's professionalism, trade knowledge and honesty were evident throughout our interactions with him. We will use Frank again on other project ideas we have for the future. We have already referred Frank to friends and neighbors.</p> <br />

Frank was prompt , courteous and took off his shoes when entering the house. Frank was very personable and you can tell was concerned about doing a good job. The original reason I called him out was that my sump pump was running more often than normal due to a leak. I thought the leak was from outside. Frank found was the toilet in the basement that was causing the issue. <br /> Frank also took the time at the end to give me advice on a DIY project I am going to tackle soon. Frank is definitely worth calling and I have added to my favorites on Angie's list. <br />

The trophy shelves in my daughters room look fabulous! Frank built them offsite and text us a pic of a sample to see if we like the design. Frank built, painted, transported, and installed custom white trophy shelves that have two layers of trim that creates a beautiful architecture in the room. The shelving is through out the room and is a creates a highlighted border. The trophies look great in the room!

Frank called me the same day I left a voicemail within hours. He came out the next day with his assistant. We walked through all the jobs on the list above and he offered different options for me to choose from. I really appreciated having different choices. Frank does the work. He is very thorough, punctual, and honest. He is passionate about his work and the outcome shows. He was done in about 2+1/2 days and they are respectful of noise etc. Frank was always keeping me updated on the progress of the work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. Excellent work. Will recommend his company and I will be using him again for some carpentry work in my daughters bedroom. <br />

Outstanding. Frank and his crew were nice and totally professional. They did an excellent job on everything they did, large and small. Some 'handymen' call themselves that just because they aren't good at anything, but that wouldn't apply to Frank. I would feel comfortable asking him to do anything, because a.) if he couldn't do it, he would be honest and tell me, and b.) if he said he *could* do something, I feel confident that he would do a good job. I definitely will call him first if we need a handyman again.

Everything went well, despite problems with "wavy" wall behind the cabinet. Frank also checked the crawl space to make sure it wasn't a structural problem. While doing so, he found a small gas leak that might have gone undetected for some time. I was able to contact my heating company and have the leak fixed before it could worsen. <br />

The job went perfectly -- it always does with Frank. He gave me accurate estimates and stayed on schedule. Frnak is a perfectionist and it clearly shows in the work he accomplishes. I have used him a few times and I am always pleased. He does everything but electrical work and puts great time and effort into getting it right the first time. <br />

Frank was completing other jobs when we first called but was able to fit us in a month later. He then came out for a visit to understand the job and give us a quote. That day, he built the drawers on-site and installed the lights. He worked professionally and completed the job successfully. We would hire him again.

First off, he called back that day. That was huge. He was at our home for 3 days. We trusted him enough to give him house keys for that time. My 2 and 4 yr old loved to watch him work, and he handled that attention with a smile. <br /> <br /> We had initially brought him in to fix some water damaged decorative wood, which quickly escalated into replacing the support posts due to rot. He did a beautiful job on the posts. While we had him painting our porch and the trim around our garage area, he discovered some installation issues with our windows and was able to use his skill to fix those issues. <br /> <br /> Finally, when I realized I didn't like the paint color as much as we thought we would, he volunteered to come back and repaint it the following week. We ended up deciding to let it weather for the winter since we know we are in for some major painting next spring (all the trim, ugh). He'll be getting a call for that one, too. <br /> <br /> We loved his work so much that we have recommended him to everyone we know. Who doesn't have house projects that they are putting off?
