I referred them to a client. They were very slow to respond. When they did, the cost was double what was quoted over the phone. Regardless, my client paid the amount but was not happy. My client was told there was a 100% satisfaction guarantee. There was an issue of some things that needed to be addressed several weeks later. Not only did he cancel two appointments for the guarantee work, when he finally did come out, he wanted an additional $90+ to cover the "100%" satisfaction guarantee. Needless to say, I will not be referring my clients in the future.

The guys called me right away and we were able to schedule a date that worked for me immediately.  They came out on time and did all the work asked.  The carpets look super great and I am more than pleased to say the least!!!  Everything went smoothly and did not take long.  I will totally hire them next time. <br />

They were good and very reasonable.  They were prompt and they did not have an issue with cleaning a unit that was on a multilevel building.  I was on the second floor but they don't have any problems with that. Some companies use a truck-mounted only, so they can't help. Fratto & Sons can bring their equipment wherever you need it.  I was very happy with them.

Overall it went great. He was really nice and professional offering a customized solution for our needs. They pretreated and then came and cleaned. Things smelled wonderful and felt so much better. One stain did return but overall most did go away. <br />

On the day of service the cleaner did not show up on time. I called them and they said they forgot to schedule me. They promptly rearranged their schedule and sent someone over. Everything went well from there. <br />

Professional, on time, thorough, gave me free spot remover and wrinkle spray, nice little bonus!  The carpets were VERY wet, however.... maybe should have done another sweep with the suction. <br />

Very wonderful, on time, expalined each process and pre- treated my carpets( I have 3 little dogs). Patrick also taught me so much about how to take care of the floors and furniture. Very personable company, very professional. I plan to use them in the future for other needs. Cannot believe how awesome my carpets look.  Shoes come off before people come in.  I really disliked my family room carpet  prior to getting it cleaned, not anymore, it looks brand new and smells so great   1 week later. Excellent job in the removal of pet stains.  They were very professional and really went the extra mile.  I will definitely use this company for my future carpet cleaning needs.

While prepping to paint and when moving furniture, it was evident that our household pets had marked our sofa, loveseat, chair and ottoman.  It was pretty embarrassing knowing that when friends or family came to our home, they might have detected the odor.  The odor was almost unbearable when I pulled up the area rug.  I went immediately to Angie's List to look for a provider who could clean these items.  I read several reviews and found that Fratto's indicated they dealt with animal odors.  I called and talked with Patrick who came over to assess what might need to be done.  In the meantime, we threw out the area rug and the painting had been completed.  When Patrick came to give us an estimate, I was amazed that he got down on his hands and knees to do a smell test  (don't think I'd ever do that, especially in some else's home!)  Patrick gave us a price which we felt was very reasonable.  He explained what would happen during the process and told us that he would come back with another of his staff to do the cleaning.  As a note, our furniture, although they are about 20+ years old, they have have very limited use so there is virtually no wear and tear.  Patrick also told us that with the condition of the fabric, once cleaned, they would look as if they were new.  Patrick and his staff came to our home on the specified date and immediately got busy.  During the process, I detected a very clean and pleasing odor coming from the cleaning that was being done.  At the time, I was painting another area of our home so was not watching what they were doing.  Once the cleaning was completed, Patrick asked us to look at the furniture and he was exactly right--the furniture did look as if had come off the showroom floor.  Our individual chair looked amazing!  This was an accent piece and was not in the same fabric as the remaining pieces.  Patrick and his staff put the furniture back where they had been located and made sure that the room was as it was found.  We were elated with the job!  Once dry, we placed the cushions back in place and we truly have a handsome formal living room.  Now we don't have to worry that someone will walk in our home and detect the animal order.  We would recommend Fratto to anyone considering having their upholstery cleaned.  In the future if we have need to have other pieces of furniture cleaned, Fratto will be my first phone call! <br />

Patrick answered the phone at 7:30 pm when I first called, called 20 min prior to the appointment, and arrived on time. <br /> He and his helper were both very pleasant to deal with and did excellent work. <br /> I initially thought the price for cleaning the upholstery was on the high side but then I saw the amount of effort he put into it and the results.  <br /> I am having him come back at the end of the month to do the upstairs carpets and grout in the tile floors. <br />
