This was an excellent experience. Tom did a fantastic job incorporating our desires into a finished product. Coordination was excellent. Quality was outstanding. Pricing was a little higher than other quotes but it was much more detailed which eliminated misunderstandings and change orders plus you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend Frazee Building Company.

Tom executed the vision perfectly, assuring that the conversion did not look like an afterthought and fulfilled all our accessibility needs. His communication and professionalism were excellent and much appreciated. I did not hesitate to contract him again for a master bathroom remodel.

Started on time (Aug 20) and finished (Sept 30) well before contracted time allotted.  Right on budget.  Work all beautifully done.  All subs were professional and worked quickly.  Tom, the owner, was very conscientious, thorough and speedy.  Very easy personal style. <br />

We were looking to remodel our basement. Frazee was very responsive in setting up our appointment. Their project estimator was punctual and professional. The materials they provided were very helpful and communication was excellent. In the end we decided to do the work ourselves. We called Frazee to cancel the estimating process and they were understanding and professional. If I have a future need I would not hesitate to call them again. <br />

They were right on target with dates and pricing. The Frazees were timely, knowledgeable, and skilled. All work exceeded expectations. <br /> We plan to call them in the spring for another large project. <br />

We took photos during the project to depict concerns we had with quality. Some of the items were corrected by Frazee after feedback was provided, other items were not. Additionally, our hardwood floors were damaged by chemicals on a worker's shoes. The new contractor we hired to complete the porch required Frazee's work to be inspected before beginning their work. Frazee's work failed inspection by both the Town of Brownsburg Building Commissioner and by an independent structural engineer requiring it to be torn out and rebuilt. <br /> <br />Thankfully, our new contractor was simply outstanding and the project was completed without a single piece of feedback or any concerns from us! <br />

We always knew exactly what was scheduled, who would be showing up to do each part of the remodel, and this experience has completely restored our confidence in contractors. <br />

We have used Frazee Buiding Company many times over the past 6 years, and Tom Frazee impresses us every time.  He is professional, innovative and does quality work.  It is a pleasure to interact with him and his team of people.  Tom is responsive and follows up frequently when his subcontactors are doing work.  You never feel like he is not fully engaged in whatever project is going on and is always available for questions. <br /> On this occasion of installing new hardwood floors in our entire downstairs, Tom and his team were very considerate about the timeline of the project to ensure that we were displaced from our usual routine as little as possible.  We first talked about how we use the downstairs rooms of our house so that a plan could be devised to minimize the disruption to our lives while the demolition of the old hardwoods and the installation of the new hardwoods was going on.  It was a very smooth process, and we did not feel like our lives were altered very much at all while all that was happening. <br /> The new floors are beautiful and we are very pleased with the result of the installation.  Tom never disappoints us with the quality of work that he does. <br />

, <br /> We contracted Tom to remodel our master bedroom and bath in our 1929 bungalow.  The bedroom is upstairs <br /> which was once the attic, but at one time had been poorly finished into a bedroom.  Tom met with us and helped <br /> us refine our plans and gave us a fair estimate.  Tom and his crew raised the ceiling and added exposed beams.  <br /> He repositioned the bathroom space and enlarged the shower.  The remodeling began in late October and <br /> was completed in January.  Tom was extremely cooperative and helpful in giving us ideas and suggestions <br /> of places we could purchase quality items.  Tom checked on progress daily, was always available when <br /> we had questions, and paid close attention to details.  Even with the few additions we included, Tom completed <br /> the remodeling within the estimated budget.  We are very pleased with the results of Tom?s work and would <br /> certainly contract him again.  <br />   <br />   <br />

<p>We were extremely pleased with Tom Frazee and the people he brought in to do various parts of our kitchen upgrade.  He was very organized in that there were virtually no delays in each stage of the process, minimizing the time we were without a kitchen.  He and each of his contractors did excellent work.  All did a great job of keeping the mess to a minimum, cleaning up after each day's work.  Will definitely hire Tom again for our next construction project!</p> <br />

They relocated all the plumbing and it was absolutely fantastic.  It did require patience, as he is so good at what he does he is very busy, but well worth the wait.  His prices are fair and reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.

<p>It went well. Tom was very responsive to our needs and pretty good about keeping us informed on what was scheduled to be done next. We have a brick exterior and I was a little nervous about the old brick not mixing nicely with the new construction. However, the crew was able to salvage much of the brick during the initial wall takedown and so the addition actually blended rather nicely. You can't really tell it is an addition.</p> <p>I have no negative comments or complaints. I would likely consider doing business with this company again. Tom had the most expensive price "quote" but we actually ended up being under budget for the project.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

It went really well. They started at the beginning of June and finished at the end of the June. Good communication with Tom throughout the process. I had Basement Beautiful panels installed on the outer walls before they started by another contractor. They came by the house to learn about the product as the panels were being installed. They did a little electrical work before the panels were installed too. Overall, they were very efficient and the end product looked very sharp. Highly recommend Frazee Building Company. <br />

Tom and his team were great.  I got a few estimates (all from people on Angie's list) and while the price was close on all of them, I got the best feeling from Tom.  I had an idea in mind, but not a design, so Tom worked with me to discuss the options.  I ended up hiring a friend's sister (Design's by Deb - also terrific) to help me design the space and then Tom made it happen.  I was particularly pleased because until we did the tear out there was some question about whether one of our design ideas was possible.  Tom gave me a quote with two different options and we agreed to make the final decision once we did the tear out.  He went out of his way to make sure I understood that waiting to decide would mean the project would take longer since we couldn't pre-order some of the materials - he didn't want me to be surprised, which I really appreciated. <br /> We had a lot of carpentry work to be done and Jeff was there many days and did a terrific job.  Tom's tile guys were also wonderful.  Either Jeff or Tom came by the house every day during the project to make sure things were on track, and the workers cleaned up every day. <br /> Basically, they tore the old bathroom down to the studs, took away all of the old fixtures, moved the drain for the toilet, built out a wall to frame the new shower, increased the opening between the bathroom and closet, tiled, painted, installed new fixtures and cabinets. <br /> I will definitely call Tom the next time I need work done and would recommend him and his team to anyone. <br />

It went well.  They were extremely busy, and almost turned the job down, but were able to squeeze me in.  They were clean, and did a great job, with little guidance from me.  <br /> <br /> <br />

It was an extremely good experience. There was one person who had the responsibility of overseeing the job and he was great. Tom Frazee himself made regular checks on the job. The people that they had hired to do the painting and the tile were both excellent as well. I was satisfied with the service provided.

We now have a beautiful, large two person shower, double sinks/vanities, and storage for two people. Tom made the selection process very easy for me.

It went absolutely wonderful. Everything was good. He was easy to work with us. He listened to what we want and had some ideas, too. He got everything done. All of his people were very nice, professional, and courteous. I was very impressed with how they cleaned up.
