This was incredibly easy. Fred is a detail oriented builder. There was never a question that he would build the home right. The build went very smoothly. Fred is creative, very thorough, his sub-contractors are of the highest quality. He is honest and works with integrity. He is very up-to-date on building techniques and trends.

The work was excellent, we didn't move here till January of this year. The work is the best I have ever seen, we have not had any problems and love it here.
