They address any issues and are very reliable. They come very quickly and their prices are very reasonable as well. We would definitely recommend them.

This was the first time I used Fred Cook to clean my septic tank and I was very happy with their service. They were unable to make the original appointment due to an emergency but rescheduled for the following Saturday morning at no additional cost. They arrived within the scheduled window and performed the tank cleaning efficiently and for a very competitive price. The technician was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use them for my next cleaning.

They did an excellent job. This was the first time I needed my tank pumped since I moved and I was given the wrong location for the tank lid. The guy who came out gave a great deal of effort to find the lid and also showed me some details about my system that I was not told by the previous owners. Booking the appointment was easy and the office staff are friendly. Would definitely hire again.

Everything went well. Appointment was easy to make. They were scheduled to come between 12 & 4pm and showed up at 10:30am. Luckily we were home so not a problem. Up to 1000 gallons with no digging was $280 + tax.

perfectly. They arrived on time, immediately found my septic system, pumped it out in less than two hours, charged a very reasonable price, and completed the project. WIll definitely use again.

Swimmingly. A little disappointed that when I booked the appointment there was a coupon on the site but when they came to perform the service the coupon was gone, but other than that, they came, they saw, they pumped. Fast, easy, professional. Now, how do I get rid of the odor permeating the house before the family gets home???

We had an appointment window of 12-5PM on 06/15/16. My wife took off of work so we could get the serviced preformed. She waited till 430 and I called to ask if they were still coming. The woman on the phone stated there were emergencies and were running late, but would still be here. When I asked if she had an estimated time she seemed annoyed that I was questioning her. She said she didn't know when they would get here. I asked if they could call us and let us know when they're on there way because it was getting late. So we waited till 645 and they finally arrived ( without calling). The service man came to the door , no I'm sorry we're late , no excuse , just a matter a fact greeting by someone who didn't seem to thrilled to be here. I'm not looking for a hug and kiss but when you show up at 6:45 it wouldn't kill you to be pleasant at the least. The actual work was fine but the customer service was awful. No communication or attempt to do the right thing by the company. I wouldn't use this company again and recommend members reading this to do the same. It's become so common nowadays for companies to act like they're doing you a favor. Maybe when they start losing business they'll finally pay attention !!! <br>

Well that's what happened on 12/28. so we called our plumber who came and ran a snake but could not seem to find a blockage. He said that it might be a septic problem so we called Fred Cook since he was close to our </p> <p>location.  The receptionist was very nice and I explained the situation to her. I also told her that my septic tank was pumped out</p> <p>2 years ago to the day so we didn't feel it was a problem of being to full. One of Fred Cooks men showed up ,opened the septic tank, inspected the tank and proceeded to pump it out. After he finished he said that didn't fix the problem and that another crew who handled blockages would come back. He handed me a bill for 383.00 The second crew showed up and had to use a waterjet llto unclog a blockage apparently from my house to the tank .Their bill was 400.00. and the problem had nothing to do with a full</p> <p>tank. seems like Mr. Crook I mean Cook took advantage of an emergency situation</p> <br />

Very happy with the service.  Dan, the pumper, was extremely conscientious and thoroughly pumped out all of the waste contents in the tank.  He had his hands full because the last pumper, from 10 years ago, left some solid waste and was not so diligent.  I highly recommend Fred Cook Septic. <br />

The appointment was scheduled for the 12:00 Noon - 4:00 PM time slot.  The driver arrived at approximately 12:45 PM, well within the scheduled time slot.   He was very professional and after exchanging peasantries immediately got to work.  After completing the service , he made sure the work area was clean and the covers to the septic tank were seated properly.  Overall an excellent experience. <br />

Excellent Service. Very professional.

They were prompt and thorough.? Solved the problem and gave me some specific feedback on what needs to be done to prevent further issues due to design flaw of drainage pipes at my house that contribute to back-ups. No other provider has ever given feedback of use, just did the basic service, charged and left.? Fred cook will be my service provider from now on.

Super fast response time! Professional and courteous. Workers were knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services. I have used other companies and there is no comparison.

The office worked around my schedule and the workers arrived a few days after initial contact. Their workers were careful to feed their hoses under my fence and around any ornament shrubs. They were quiet, efficient and courteous. They also told me about the condition of the tank and when it would be good to schedule the next service based on our family needs.
