Fred recently completed a reno of our primary bath shower. Fred performed outstanding work for us. We had some tile supply chain issues, and Fred was able to accommodate our delays in getting our tile and other parts to finish our job. Fred is a pleasure to work with, a true professional, and excellent communicator. He kept us posted throughout the entire process. Fred also installed a new Braun exhaust fan and switch. The new exhaust fan looks and works great. Thanks!

Fred was outstanding. We started our home renovation by converting part of a bonus room into a bedroom with 2 closets. Then, he converted a storage closet into a full bathroom by bringing plumbing up into our top floor. We were so pleased with that project, we asked him to do a complete kitchen remodel and replaced the floors in our first floor. Fred was efficient and affordable. His work turned out great and he offered expertise and knowledge along the way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. Our family feels like we have a brand new home thanks to Fred!

We have a home that was built in 1930, that is loaded with charm but needed some adapting to our family’s needs. It had two too many doors and one large window that we never used because it looked directly at the neighbor’s driveway! We also needed to have new windows and floors installed, custom bookshelves built, and of course new paint. We decided to hire Fred because from Day One you could tell he was someone that was knowledgable and someone you can trust. Having someone you can trust to do projects in your home is so important because they become a part of your lives for at least a month or so! Fred took care of everything: the supples, installation, paint, and making sure that the brick installers completed the job successfully as well. I now have an office that used to be an “all weather” porch that I can actually be in all day, another office/second bedroom that has more wall space thanks to the seamless work Fred did in closing up a large window and door (not to mention it was with plaster!) He was really precise in doing “delicate demo” since we were trying to save as much of the old house charm as possible. We were even able to use one of the doors in my new office, and it looks beautiful. Cost wise, everything was up front and there were no surprises (even though he was very gracious about us adding items along the way (like extra plugs and installing a storm door). We also had our attic re-insulated and part of our floor lifted which Fred took care of as well. He communicated with us every step along the way, which is also so important. We hope to have a custom closet installed in the near future and will definitely call Fred to do that project as well! 10/10 recommend Fred Oakley for your home renovations!

Fred was amazing. He clearly communicated the cost, timeline, and materials, and was willing to discuss multiple design options until we were completely satisfied with the scope of work. He was friendly, showed up in a timely manner, and completed the project within the tight timeline we requested. I’d gladly hire Fred again, and recommend him to anyone needing help!

Fred has done several jobs for me over the years, he has always done excellent work always communicated well with me and explained what was going on with the job,his workmanship is very good, he is a great guy to deal with and very honest.

If retaining a contractor was a thing and within my grasp, Fred would be my guy.

Fred remodeled my master bathroom doing a beautiful job! He was willing to listen to my ideas and needs. I was so pleased that I hired him to redo a second bathroom, and replace carpet in several areas with luxury laminate.

Fred replaced a shower in our main bathroom. He did all the tile work and plumbing and it came out great. In fact it was so good that we had him add a large island to our kitchen and that came out even better. Next, he installed cabinets in our laundry room and transformed that space as well. We highly recommend Fred for any bathroom, kitchen or cabinet work. A big plus is that he does all the work and is always on-site. Nothing is farmed out to less skilled subs.

My wife and I hired Fred and his team because we needed to add storage in our garage. They did an amazing job. We’re very pleased with their work.

Fred was timely, communicative, friendly, and transparent in his process to remodel our two bathrooms. During a time of working with insurance and navigating an unforeseen situation causing both of our bathrooms to receive full remodels, Fred was very easy to work with and understanding. His work was great and still holds up to this day. Highly recommended and we will be calling him for future projects!

Fred Oakley is the best contractor we have ever worked with. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, at the price he said he would do it for. He is also the *cleanest* contractor we have ever known! Honest, reliable, great communication, improvises when he needs to, listens to what the customer wants -- can't recommend him enough. Our bathroom (not remodeled since the house was built in 1960) is absolutely transformed, thanks to Fred. And a space which the realtor said absolutely could not hold a dishwasher--now has a dishwasher! We are able to stay in our house longer now with Fred's improvements, and we are grateful to him for his professionalism, his courtesy, his good nature, his expertise, his attention to detail, and his skill. Fred met and exceeded all expectations, the master bath looks beautiful. He worked with us on our preferences and provided recommendations for alternatives to design/layout. Very pleased with the outcome and have been enjoying the new bathroom for a few years now!

I cannot say enough about Fred and the work he does. He completed a whole kitchen and bathroom remodel for me. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. We all know having your house in disarray is stressful. Throughout the project, his punctuality and progress was amazing. He arrived everyday ready to work and kept me constantly informed of the progress. The worksite was always well maintained and organized which cannot be overlooked. What truly sets him apart is his attention to detail and commitment to quality. He is honest and reliable which I think is very hard to find these days and reasonably priced! Also available to answer all my questions concerns. You will not find a better contractor. I know as I have been working in the new construction industry for over 10 years now.
