I have used this company for about a year or so on various service-related items but during his last visit to service tankless water heater and install a new shower system (valve and Trim) he was a NO SHOW, NO CALL multiple times. After numerous text and calls without a response, he finally responded with an excuse that he was out of town so I gave him an opportunity to come back and finish these repairs but once again he ignored my text. He didn't even have the decency of telling me that he was not willing or able to finish the job. At one point during this time, he promised that he was going to come to do the job on specific date but he was a NO SHOW, NO CALL even after multiple calls asking for his ETA.

They were awesome! Prices were reasonable and he came out promptly. He even gave a military discount.

He came out the same day and was very prompt. It only took 45 minutes to fix the issues.

They were good and price was right.

The fix went well. It was tough for me to diagnose because I knew I had a lot of water in my side yard but no water in the house. Based on his experience he (Scott) felt he knew exactly where the issue was (and he was correct). Brian had came within 30 minutes of me opening the Angie's List request and via phone he and Scott diagnosed the issue and came the next day to resolve it (which they did). Very professional, timely and detailed. If you're reading this, I hope your fix goes well but you will be in good hands with Free-Flow Plumbing.

My existing hot water heater was over 10 years old.  Had not been  ever routinely drained since it was installed.  The heater would barely drain and tank had large amounts of calcium deposits. <br /> I contacted Scott with Free Flow and he recommended due to the age of the heater that I may want to consider replacing it. I agreed and he quoted me a price of $575.00 based on the location and size of the unit.  I set up appointment for Feb 10th at 9:00AM. <br /> Bruce with Free-Flow showed up promptly at 9:00AM on the scheduled day and went right to work. He was very professional and courteous.  There was some difficulty in getting the old heater drained but he was persistent and got it drained. Once drained the old heater was removed and the new one installed and tested.  Bruce completely cleaned up the area and removed all of the old piping and  heater. <br /> Having worked in Customer Service management positions for over 40 years I was very impressed with Bruce's great customer service skills.  He is a true asset to Free-Flow plumbing. <br /> I would use this company again and will recommend them to neighbors and friends. <br />

Came in a timely manner. Polite, knowledgeable.

Kitchen faucet had  come off of its gasket.  Free flow replaced it (the plumbers putty was dried out and couldn't be replaced). Absolutely wonderful job. Third time I've used Scott's company. Reasonably priced and tremendous work ethic. <br />

Very well.  Not terribly complicated.  Got to work and finished in very little time but also done right the first time. <br />

Went well.  Checked all faucets, cleaned them, then replaced 2 shower faucets, and fixed toilet mount.  They were very professional and repairs were done in one day.   <br />

He is fantastic!!! He is very quick and fairly priced. He is very polite and respectful. He did a wonderful job and I can't say enough nice things about him!

After the faucet was installed we were asked to let it sit for about 4 hours to allow the clear caulk around the plate to dry completely. Even though there was a leak when we first turned the water on, when I called Scott (?) came straight over to the house and fixed the problem enven though it was after 5:00 p.m. Anyone can make a mistake but when that company is willing to go out of their way to tix the problem quickly they will continue to get my business. Thanks. <br />
