I am a solo employed company, only 1 employee, myself. I don't do any sub contracting and if the service is a one time project, services are payed for at the time of completion of the job. If the job is on going as a weekly service I will bill every 15 days.

I will be objective and rate Tim's services as a C. He did A quality work for us last year. He's a good guy and a hard worker. He mentioned several times last year that he did more than just mow lawns, so before mowing season this year, I offered him some handyman work we needed done...~$1,200.00 worth. Heard back once and when it came time to schedule, crickets. Then I told him we'd love him to start mowing soon and he set up an appointment for Monday (1 APR). No text, no call, no show. He will do good work for you if he responds or shows up for appointments. That is guaranteed. I personally don't have the patience for unprofessionalism though.

Went great. They kept in touch so that I would know exactly when he would be there to do the work. All the work requested was completed and branches were put in a paper yard bag I provided and left at the street for the chipper service. Very professional and easy to work with. <br />

Clean up went well although he showed up to my old address which has clarified in my notes when the services were booked. His work was very good, but he was limited on tools which took longer to do the clean up. <br />

<p>This is a $199 big deal purchase. It was alright. He couldn't finish. He came back, but he had to charge me overtime so it was fairly more expensive than I thought it would be. He was there when he said he would be there. He was professional. He works by himself so it takes him longer. </p>

It took Tim several weeks to work me into his schedule. Then on the day he was supposed to do the work, he called to re-schedule. When he did arrive, he was on time and very friendly. He did not seem to have much knowledge of plants, weeds, grasses, etc. I would expect someone in the landscaping business to have at least some knowledge. He did a basic job. I was satisfied but not thrilled. I would not use him again, simply because for his hourly rate of $55 I expect someone that is knowledgeable about what they are working with, not just the equipment. <br />

"I am very sorry customer was unhappy with the work completed. Customer ask for 4 hours of fall cleanup, but when I arrived it was heavy tree trimming and a lot more work then four hours could provide. I recommend the customer be more specific about the work that needs completed. Thank you."
