Freedom 4 All Cleaning Service

At first service was ok. Only ok because Tim would not move anything to dust, so I had to clear off the tables, dressers etc. He had to be asked to clean the showers. I accepted this because at my age of 72 cleaning our large house myself has become difficult. He came the first and and third Friday of the month beginning in May. Then Robbie the owner of the company called me on August 4 the day before Tim was supposed to be here and explained there were family issues and he could not make it but could be here the following Monday or Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday morning no Tim, schedule time for his arrival was between ten and eleven am. I heard Nothing from either Robbie or Tim. I called and left a message for Robbie that Tim was a no show. That afternoon Tim calls and says his uncle passed and needed to take care of things. Tim explained he could be here at the next scheduled Friday which was August 19. Well eleven o’clock on August 18 came and went, no Tim. No phone call, no email, nada. Around 11:30 am I called Robbie and asked what the heck was going on? Robbie said Tim was on his way, frankly I did not believe that. No time of arrival, no apology , no interest or concerns on Robbies part. I told Robbie I think we are done. Robbie responded with, oh ok I will tell Tim to come home. It was obvious to me he had no interest in keeping a customer. Such low regard for a customer, wow. In the future I hope Angie does a better job of checking out their suggested service providers.

I was quite pleased with the exceptional services provided by Freedom for all, very friendly and professional staff . I recommend their services 4 star.

They were right on time and price was perfect and house was clean.
