Excellent workmanship & great crew. Owner Mike came by every day to check status & answer questions. Had LP siding put on for durability. Will be using them for new windows in the near future.

They matched existing siding with a similar pattern to existing siding on the rest of the house. Added trim around siding and window. Painted to match rest of house. Started job quickly and completed all work within several days. Hauled away all old materials and cleaned up the area where they were working. Very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this contractor and will use them again for future projects.

They were phenomenal, I can't say enough wonderful things about them. They were very professional, very respectful, they finish the job like they said they will, they were on time, they cleaned up everything, our house is just absolutely gorgeous. They make sure there were no issues and that we were happy. I could not recommend them highly enough, they were the best contractor I ever worked with. It in important for people to know that their employees work with them for 20 years which means that their company is great. Everything was just seamless, the quality of the company and the owner makes us work with them for a lot of years.

The project consisted of vinyl siding installation and to a room conversion back to a garage. I am very pleased with the both projects. Business owner, Mike Villarreal was easy to work with and professional; fulfilling all contract obligations and promises. The vinyl installation crew, and the garage conversion and the garage door installation crews were proficient, courteous, and cleaned up nicely at both the end of the day and at project finalization. I do plan do business with Freedom Builders for future projects.

Freedom builders helped me out when I thought my new home was a loss.  When the flooring guy was in to do the flooring, he saw that some walls seemed like they had water damage.  When I tore out a small portion of the wall, I saw that there was a major former termite problem, that ate most of the wood supporting the walls in three rooms.  The inspector, when we purchased the home, also noted that the wood siding was somewhat worn (37 years old).  With further research, I was able to find out that the termites came in through the siding (in the past, not a current infestation) and there was quite a bit of water damage. <br /> I called Michael from freedom builders and he came out with one of his employees to look at the damage.  He was able to calm me down and explained to me that it was not "the end of the world."  He then developed a quote to repair all of the damaged walls and wood supports, remove all of the siding, and replace the siding with a new plywood barrier, water barrier, and hardy plank siding.  The price was very reasonable, the work done well and quickly, and now my house not only looks AMAZING, we also don't have to worry about termite issues or future water damage. <br /> While they were working on the siding, they saw a small spot on the roof were it was bowed out (I cannot believe I did not notice it earlier) and sent out a specialist to look at the issue.  It was a bowed support, and they were able to fix it, and still use the same matching shingles. <br /> I am extremely happy with Freedom Builders, and would recommend them to everyone.  Michael is extremely understanding, and repaired my home, while increasing the value and making it look amazing. <br />
