Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace - For Business
Freeman Roofing contracted to redo my roof September 2025, they never showed up. I requested a refund Of my $7000 deposit. James Freeman admitted I writing they owed me the refund but didn?t have the money. Took them to court, James Freeman agreed to mediation and then failed to pay me. The judge entered a judgement in my favor. Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has assigned a special counsel. The Florida Department of State has liens against Mr. Freeman?s property. We will be returning to court as I am seeking a supplemental hearing to discover hidden and/or transferred assets. Be very careful of this business in Florida and Alabama. BEWARE.

Very unprofessional crew. Contact person unavailable after work started. Several (more than 5) nails and screws in driveway and patio. Gutter screws found thrown in firepit. Rain sensor for sprinkler system not replaced. Highly recommend steering clear of freeman roofing
