French Brothers did an excellent job. We've used them again and are planning on having them back this fall. <br /> <br />

I am disappointed with their service and will not use them again. I don’t feel like they did 8 hours of work. They rushed through the job and left things unfinished, and will not come out to finish the work.

Cleaned out flower bed well, added dirt and plants, skimpy on the mulch.  Didn't set plants where I asked.  Didn't bring timbersrs, said there was no room on the truck, I had to e-mail them several days later to remind them.  Only brought 3, I had ordered and paid for 4.  Were not timely in their service, it took several weeks for them to complete the job.  One e-mail from them said they needed a bobcat to do the job and I responded that they were not bringing a bobcat into my yard since it wasn't needed for this job.  I have since e-mailed them about the timbers and told them (with picture) that they had jammed one up against another and knocked it to the side. They have not responded.  I will now have to get more mulch and get other new timber to replace the one knocked to the side. Would not recommend. Poor workmanship, lack of professionalism in communication and don't care attitude!! <br />

We originally scheduled this job after seeing a deal on Angie's list late in the fall. The weather turned bad and stayed that way until very recently. The job was completed as soon as it was warm enough and not raining. There was a small glitch between what was done and what we expected. Once I notified the office, they sent someone back the next day to finish the job to everyone's satisfaction. I think they are professional, experienced, and honest about what the plan should be. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable landscaper. <br />

It was fine and there's no problem with them.  They were available almost immediately but I scheduled them 2 weeks later.

Weeds return in less than a month after I was told that there something mixed in the mulch that would prevent the weeds from coming back so quickly.

Did a great job. Weather was an issue in getting scheduled, but once they arrived they were fast and professional. I'm hoping to use them again when the spring comes.

This was a bit of a confusing deal, so part of it is on us for not asking clarifying questions. The deal stated in the title that it was $280 for 6 hours of yard work. The details of the deal stated 4 hours, and when they contacted us to confirm, they asked what we wanted done in the 8 hours, so that should have been our first sign to ask for clarification. The reality was that 6 men showed up and worked for less than one hour at the end of the day with one hour of daylight left. It felt very rushed, as if they either had another job to go to, or simply needed to finish their day. Otherwise they were extremely friendly, polite and professional, but in the future I will first ask what is meant by "hours" of work. In this case, it was obvious that it meant "man hours" not "clock hours". <br />

They arrived on time with four men and completed all of the above tasks in just under two hours!  The foreman spoke with us about what we wanted done and the team got right to work.  Very professional and they did an excellent job.  We would not hesitate to use them again. <br />

French Brothers tried to accommodate my timing for leaf removal last week but rain and snow postponed our appointment. They squeezed me into their crowded schedule last evening and this morning, though. We have a small lot but many trees and this was the third and hopefully last leaf clean up of the year. We did the first two ourselves and when you have to work 5-6 days a week, it was well worth the cost to have such a thorough job done by these professionals just to have a weekend for leisure. The only negative I have was that I wasn't here to remind them that I had asked the scheduler to have them blow off my back deck first because there are so many leaves there, too, and I don't want them to blow into the clean yard. Otherwise, I would give them an A+ instead of an A. <br />

they brought 6 guys and were here for about 3 hours.  we paid 299 for an 8 hour deal to clean the yard.  they charged us an extra $135 for the extra time.  hard to figure out the math, but seemed reasonable.  were there early and talked to us before they did the extra time. <br />

Paid for what I thought was 6 hours, got 4, 45 minutes behind scheduled time.  Last year I had nothing but praises to sing because the guys came to the house and said they had an hour more and wanted to know what else they could do and I had them trim bushes back and mow.  This year, not even a knock on the door to acknowledge start or completion, or to let me know there was extra time left.  Many leaves were left blown into the street as well. <br />

The visit was professional and thorough. <br />

I called to request an estimate, and then followed-up with emailed photos of the brush and log piles I was clearing out.  The staff at French Brothers was very responsive, followed up with me quickly on the questions I asked (multiple back and forth conversations, all of which we promptly responded to), and was very timely in their responsiveness.  <br /> The crew that came out (2 men) worked very diligently for 1.5 hours to clear the brush and logs from the driveway and haul them away. <br /> I will definitely use French Brothers again when doing yard cleanup.  <br />

The work was scheduled a day or two before; seven or eight workers arrived promptly and spread the mulch very efficiently and thoroughly.  They took extra effort to spread it around and under the bushes and plants, and replaced the landscaping stones that were removed before the mulch was laid down. <br /> I highly recommend French Brothers Landscaping and look forward to using their services again. <br />

We had a great experience with this company, from initial contact through completion.  We had prompt return calls for estimates, prompt arrivals for estimates, a great team who showed up the day to work, and on and on.  It was the middle of winter and a frigid day - these guys worked so hard they were sweating on a freezing day!  Our yard was in a long term state of disrepair/neglect when they arrived.  The owner didn't even flinch at the state of things.  They brought a massive truck to haul away tons and tons of leaves.  We were very pleased with the professionalism, the work performed, and the friendliness of the crew.  We will use them again this spring and summer, as we continue to make progress with our yard. <br />
