It was really BAD!!! Where to start? They wanted money up front (learned my lesson). Ken, the owner/salesman can sure put you at ease. Should have known to grab my wallet and show him the door. The work that was hired to do was “done”. At no point was it anywhere close to good or even passable. They offered to fix it BUT, seeing how they had 2 days to do the job and instead of working they took 2+ hr breaks which in turn made them rush to the finish. The posts aren’t straight, the posts aren’t trimmed, the panels are off center, the panels aren’t secured to the posts properly, the gate and gate hardware aren’t sufficient to support the weight of the gate and even the screws aren’t correct. When working at someone’s home and providing a service there is a lot more to it than just lip service. Talk is cheap and actions show your character. I actually even gave them an extra day to complete the work so technically they had 3 days and didn’t complete it. Save your money and time with this company. They aren’t even the best priced company.
