We were extremely happy with the services provided by Fresh Air Duct Services. Taylor arrived promptly, with a great smile and worked diligently and efficiently. He was very professional and courteous. He explained all the steps as he was completing the work and was very professional. At the completion of the job, he vacuumed to be sure nothing was left behind. He did such a great job, we hired him to perform the same services at our daughters house on the same day. Again, he performed flawlessly. We would hire him again, and recommend Fresh Air Duct Services to ANYONE. <br />

We could not be happier than we are with the services provided by Fresh Air Duct Services. Taylor arrived promptly, with a great smile and handshake, and worked very professionally. He explained the steps and as he was finishing, I stood under one registers that was blowing air down before the cover went on and told him that it was just like breathing in fresh air from outdoors. You could tell that Taylor is the same way in his own home, and I truly felt he cared. He even took down the two cold air returns, degreased and washed them before putting them back into place. There was no mess at all. He vacuumed to be sure nothing was left behind. The world would be a better place if everyone had work ethics like Taylor has. We would hire him again, and recommend Fresh Air Duct Services to ANYONE. Thank you Taylor, for giving us all of this wonderful fresh air, and for the pleasant day. We'll see you again! Tech was very careful to keep hoses and equipment from scratching or rubbing the floors and walls. Very thorough and diligent about cleaning every duct and chase. He did not rush the job. Cleaned up well afterward. His assistant did not show up for work that day, so it took a long time overall (3.5 hrs). Overall, very good job and can recommend this service. <br />

<p>Taylor ( the owner) showed up on time. He cleaned out the dryer vent inside. The vent is through the wall so Taylor got onto the roof outside to clean it all out. He did a great job! He also went up into the attic to check that everything was good there with the vent/s etc...</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Taylor was hones, professional and very detailed in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. He will be the first person I call for my dryer and A/C vent cleaning from now on.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

"Hi Bill, Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. I value my customers input. It helps me understand where I can improve. In response to the review we have received... We did inspect the air handler for mold and found no signs of it which lead me to believe your main plentum and supply lines did not contain mold either. However an antimicrobial sanitizer was applied to the air duct system to ensure there was no mold upon completion of the cleaning. We do perform video inspections using high tech equipment that is not included in the deal that was purchased. I apologize for any concerns this may have caused and I will try to correct the problem and set expectations to avoid any confusion."

We have an old house that smelled like dusty, musty, wet wood. He cleaned all the vents and gave us good advice on the odd things that had been done over the years to the ducts. He was easy to work with and willing to share his good ideas to work through the obstructed airflow. We highly recommend his service. <br />
