We had an excellent experience with Ben and Fresh Air Flow on a major project to decommission our outdated boiler system and convert to a more energy efficient heat pump system. Wow!!! This was probably the best experience I’ve had with any type of company, let alone house work companies! Not only did they come in for an emergency with my oil burner! They identified a bigger problem, Had a certified expert come out the very next day! And before the work day was finished, everything was fixed! Very good price points as well!!! This is beginning of winter and my house is warm!!! Most appreciative to Ben , Sam and Blake!! They made this an easy process!!!

Fresh air flow HVAC company did an excellent job installing a new Wi-Fi thermostat, cleaning the ductwork and installing insulation on the metal ducts in the basement and doing a spring turn up Specifically, Sagiv, Alex and Sam did a great job. I can recommend them to you with that reservation.

James, the technician, showed up right on time, was incredibly respectful of my space, and clearly knew his stuff. They didn’t cut corners, used a quality product, and got everything done in a reasonable time for a very fair price. What stood out most, though, was their character. These are just good, solid guys who take pride in their work and clearly want to do right by their customers. I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by Fresh Air Flow, in addition to installing a second unit in my attic. The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. The team recommended several options for my unique setup and was diligent and expedient in providing detailed proposals for each option. They also answered all my questions in detail to help me design a custom system to best meet my needs. It was clear from the proposal stage that the professionals at Fresh Air Flow were exceptionally knowledgeable and well experienced. The installation experience was nothing short of stellar. The crew was on time every single morning and left on time every day. They were very courteous and extremely neat. When they were done for the day, you wouldn’t even know they were here! Despite having to cut through drywall, there was not a speck of dust left anywhere. I enthusiastically recommend Fresh Air Flow as a fairly priced, experienced, and technologically savvy HVAC company that does excellent work and offers outstanding customer service.

The team at Fresh Air Flow is exceptional. 5 Stars from initial response to delivery of new system! I had used FAF to keep my 26 year old system running (shout out to Angelo!). Never any pushy sales tactics, just recommendations about my upgrade options. When the system finally died Ben came out right away to get the ball rolling on a replacement. Shawn, James and Christian installed my new unit. They were good, professional, and courteous. They took the time to show me the system, recap the work they had done, and ensure my new thermostat was setup on the house network and app installed on my phone. The install was really clean; nice job, well done. They left my home like they were never there. I would not hesitate to recommend calling Fresh Air Flow for your HVAC needs.

I am very happy with their services! They re-installed an existing condenser on a concrete slab they built (following issues with the existing pad+weed tree growth). The team was friendly, professional and they worked clean, neat and tidy. The customer service is easy to reach for questions as well as the owner. I highly recommend!
