Fresh Start Moving Company

Fresh Start did a wonderful job of moving us! They responded to my inquiry within one day, gave me a firm quote within a few hours, and scheduled themselves to load the day after Christmas. They were polite, professional, and obviously VERY experienced at their job. They showed up about 15 minutes early. In spite of a snowstorm, they loaded us up within about 4 hours (including loading an electric car onto a hauling dolly). Driving through a storm-storm that dumped 3-12" across northern NM and AZ, they arrived the next day with everything safe and sound. I've moved at least a dozen times and have never had such great turn-key service!

We had an exceptional experience with Fresh Start. The movers were extremely efficient and careful will all of our furniture and boxes. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed exactly where we wanted it and tried to accommodate every request during the process. They were punctual, full of integrity and very responsive. Johnathan is a very capable mover and coordinator--he demonstrates very good judgment and has a strong work ethic. The price for the move was very competitive. I would definitely hire him again without hesitation (we already reserved him for my son's move from Albuquerque to Dallas in the spring). This is a five star operation!

I contacted Johnathon about needing to move in the next week, probably. My new job was starting in 12 days, but I didn’t have anywhere to specifically move to-just the city. He told me no problem and came to see what I had, then gave me a quote! Johnathon, Eric, Nick and Julian all came to help move and do some last minute packing, all while making sure none of my cats escaped. Eric was also very reassuring and calming when I got super anxious about everything that had to be done. Everything was packed/moved quickly and professionally. Johnathon and Nick met me in Las Vegas the next day and had to move my stuff into a 3 story condo. They did so while keeping a great disposition and maintaining efficiency. I would recommend Fresh Start Moving Company to everyone who needs stuff moved.

I work for AMG Specialty Hospital! We had just moved To a new location and still had some belongings that needed to be moved. We found fresh start moving company and gave them a call. They got us scheduled in right away and the price was not high at all. The movers showed up 5 to 10 minutes early and ready to work! They moved at a fast pace but still took care of our items for us! These guys are professional guys and will take care of you! The price was affordable! We are definitely calling fresh start moving company for anything else that we would need moved in the future!

It was hard finding a company to do an in home move. But the moment I spoke with John my mind was put to rest. He was so easy to deal with and most amenable. We scheduled for a few days out. 2 team members were to come on Saturday morning for our furniture moving date. To be plain, it was the BEST moving experience I ever encountered. John said they were the backbone of the company and would provide excellence of service. I'm rather picky, but had a gut feeling these were the right guys. Boy, was John right! I had zero worries. Their work ethic was impeccable. Eric and Julian used every moment thoughtfully and were extremely considerate as well as reassuring. Every piece of furniture was handled with kid gloves. They were personable and knew what they were doing... moving calmly yet smoothly and quickly. Not even one teensy scratch anywhere. Some of the items were big items, too. Superbly professional in every aspect of the move. Julian and Eric really listened, taking great care along each step of the way. The best movers EVER. I found out that they also stage houses for a larger company in New Mexico, which was evident because they had some nifty ideas for how to get things done right. These strong men really knew what they were doing. I will hire them for any kind of move, home staging and, I think they might even do some landscaping (which is on our list, so if that is the case, were hiring based on our grand experience and their keen eye). They were metuliculous. EVERYTHING was accomlished in a short time. Thank you for all your consideration and hard work. I am so appreciative of all that you guys did. This kind of help is hard to find. We really got more than what could have been expected. Many thanks.

Moving can be very stressful, but with the help from the guys at Fresh Start Moving Company it was very effecient and easy. I scheduled the move with John for the next week. Luckily, they were able to fit us in and accommodate around my work schedule. They're very professional and you could see their experience at work throughout the move. I had a gun safe in my basement that i couldn't have gotten out. Luckily, with the experience of both Eric and Julian they were able to get it up the stairs without even a scratch! I would recommend them to anyone!

My family and I are very happy with our move into our new home... thanks to the moving company Fresh Start and their 3 employees Eric, Julian and John....they were very professional and took very good care of our belongings... which made our move stress free...they above and beyond our expectations....our family and I will highly recommend Fresh Start to anyone else that needs moving... We have worked with over 30 moving companies here in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. All claim to be the best and this and that...We call bs and never again will believe the hype. Even less when it comes from random so called moving companies or individuals off Craigslist. Fresh Start Moving Company is hands down, genetically superior to any we've ever dealt with. Although they come with a price point to match their unmatched overall quality and moving experience, they are worth every penny. Don't believe you get what you pay for and or prefer to go the cheap route? I wish you the best. You'll regret it...We've already learned better, the hard and expensive way. You always get what you pay for... Don't forget, we've already tried all the other moving companies... We normally pay $95 per hour for 2 gentle yet beast mode activated workers plus $48 trip fee for their lift equipped truck. Not the cheapest in town but these guys will earn every penny and actually save you money at the end of the day via not wrecking any of your belongings and not lagging or dragging out the job... Whether we have used their services for entire house moving, pianos, organs, pools tables, run of the mill furniture, high end mid century pieces and antiques, these guys lift like monsters yet are extremely diligent, delicate and protective when the need to be arises. Needless to say since being Fresh Start we have never and never again will call upon any other moving company other than Fresh Start for any and all of our moving needs.
