Fresh Start the Moving Crew, Inc.

This company did an amazing job! Tyler, Eric and Nick showed up on time, and were able to quickly disassemble my beds, included a big wooden bunk bed and move all of my furniture using my buildings teeny elevator, then move everything into my new second floor apartment with all stairs and a super small doorway. I was constantly like "omg, there's no way that is going to fit through there"... and everytime it did and they made it look easy. My apartment was so trashed and they were super professional and worked around my moving mess and general household disarray, which i appreciated sooo much. They even pointed out a wall in my new place that could possibly be dangerous, so that I can be aware. That kind of service is above and beyond and so appreciated. The amount of pride they take in their work is commendable. I would 100% use them again, and I would recommend them to anyone. I wish i had more stuff to move just so I could have a reason to use them soon! lol

This company is great! This is the second time I have used them. They answer questions promptly and their estimate was accurate. The moving crew of Yancey and Jorge was great. They were polite, quick, and professional in every way. The made the process of moving day less stressful. I recommend them 100%.

David, Dio and Will were wonderful. Fast courteous service. They took great care of our 1930s cook stove. In a few hours, they saved us a few days of back breaking work. This is our 2nd time using Fresh Start. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Moving is awful. They made it bearable. Thank you Fresh Start!

Everything went better than expected. The crew- Will and Nick- was prompt. They were quiet and quick and friendly. Moving is a time of stress and anxiety and I have never hired professional movers before. I have heard horror stories about other companies but I couldn't be happier with this one. Hire them for your next job!

Have moved in the past and months after the move we discovered some damage that went unnoticed. I have waited since 3/3/21, our move date, until now to write a review to make sure no damage was uncovered. Conor, Jimmy, Matt N, and Dakota did a great job. Very courteous and hard working crew that treated our belongings with care. Also, impressed with a gentleman who supervised the entire move. In previous moves with other companies we never had a person that only supervised and didn't do any of the labor. Highly recommend this company.

Greg, Dakota and Jayvon were amazing and had us moved inside of 5 hours. These guys are super hard workers and were meticulous with our possessions. They even made sure the couch was in the place we wanted after moving it several times! Talk about above and beyond! They didn't stop until the job was done and were absolutely stellar! I will always recommend them to anyone looking for movers. We just can't say enough about how great they were. We've moved many times over the years and have never had a smooth move... until today!

A big thank you to Fresh Start Moving Crew members Ray and John for moving the contents of our storage unit to our new home. They were quick, careful, and efficient. They were also friendly and polite. It was a pleasure working with them. We had hired Fresh Start about a month ago to complete our move from our former home to our current one. They did such a great job, we decided to hire them again to empty out our 10x10 storage locker, and I’m so glad that we did. Thank you to Elyssa as well for making it a smooth process.

The price we paid was slightly lower than one of the big name companies, however, this company has the ability for clutter removal, incase we had stay behind furniture we could not sell. Rainell and his crew did a very good job in packing/loading and offloading our household goods. There was small damage to our freezer (did not affect operation) and Rainell discounted our final payment on the spot.

It went fantastic!! David, Jake and Calib did a great, professional job. They were polite and very careful of our furniture and 'other' things. A year before, this Co. moved us from our home to an apt. in Worcester and they did a fantastic job then! It was so hot that day, but they kept working. This recent move was done just before a big snowstorm was coming in. The co. was able to get us out the day before we were supposed to move. As soon as the movers finished, the snowflakes started to fly. We really appreciated all that this company did for us to make for a smooth move (twice)!

Rainell & his crew were amazing!! Everyone was kind, professional & friendly. The crew worked so hard moving us and took great care of all of our belongings. We are so thankful & 100% would recommend!!!

This was my second use of Fresh Start - The Moving Crew and as I said the first time, I would hire them again. In addition to moving everything on my original list, they also moved my delicate mirrors and art work. I was so very happy with their special handling of these items. They did a great job setting up the move. The moving crew was great. David, Tyler, Bryan and Cam were fantastic and professional. They treated my belongings with respect and had great work ethic. I had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend them!

Holly at Fresh Start was extremely easy to deal with. She asked all the right questions, sent me a detailed contract, and when I had to delay the move for a few hours, was gracious and understanding. The three young men who did the move were polite and good-natured. They were very careful with all our possessions and wrapped everything that went into the truck. The estimate was very reasonable, and I was actually charged the lower end of the estimate because everything went smoothly and quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

This crew is absolutely AMAZING! I'm not exaggerating. I was a bit apprehensive because the last time I hired a mover, it was a disaster. A friend of ours also had a bad experience with a mover a couple of weeks ago. HOWEVER the guys showed up promptly, were off the charts professional, pleasant, and extremely hard working. They went the extra mile to figure out a solution to get our dresser upstairs when it couldn't clear the corner. Please ask for the crew that we had. Tyler L was the chief. Other members included Will C, Caleb R, Corey C, and Angel. You will not be disappointed!

The move went great! Our crew led by David was exceptional, they were timely, professional and treated our furniture like it was their own. We had some pretty unique items and they took the time to break them down completely and wrap them with blankets and shrink wrap and put them back together like new. We had a lot of glass and nothing was broken! I had a desk that was very large and heavy and they broke it down and got it into the room with no damages. All the crew was wonderful but I can tell you that Brian and David were amazing. Respectful, careful and nice young men. Would hire them again in an instant.

I recently used Fresh Start Moving to get furniture from a storage space in one city to a second floor apartment in another city. My movers were Alex and Conor and they did a tremendous job. It was the smoothest, best move I have ever had for my piano. They were on time, very pleasant and professional. I would hire them again and for any type of move. The receiver of the piano had excellent comments as well.

Fantastic! We moved from a 2,400 sq. ft. house and we had LOTS of stuff. First, Elyssa and Holly were extremely helpful scheduling the move and answering our questions. The moving crew (Angel M., David V., Brian I., Caleb R., Cory C., and David C.) were outstanding! They were very polite and professional. They worked so hard and fast that we were amazed. Excellent . I thought that the Fresh Crew team from last week, set the bar pretty high! The team of Conor, John Z, Ezequiel, and Anntwon, reaches that bar.
