Here is my story. I was busy. I felt obligated to share it with you so you will not be taken advantage of. Buyer-be-aware. Short story. They claimed that their snake was stuck in my drain (going to sewerage line) and therefore have to pull up the drain line ($$$$) either the part where they thought their snake was stuck or the entire line up to the trap. Still, $$$$. Another company came in on a Saturday morning, put a camera in the drain, showed me that the snake was not in it. The trusted company, two guys, pulled the snake right out of the drain in less than two minutes, along with paper towels, napkins, etc. They had the snake going to the wrong line. 1. First off. They said they can be there in 30 minutes. It took much longer. Then they came and had to go get a snake. Asked for $200. Zelle advance. And did not get back for two hours, after I Zelle over $200. Most professional shops do not do that. 2. They could not find a snake. But, I was trying to get my tenant going. So, I gave them a shot. 3. They started the job and got their snake stuck in the drainpipe and tried to talk me into digging up and replacing the entire line. $$$$. 4. They said that the lady (spouse and tenant renting home) asked them to move the stuff out of the basement. I later found out that she did not. She asked them not to move everything. But they were so insistent in getting the $$$$ entire drain job, they lied and undermined me to move the stuff out of the basement so they can get the job. 5. I had another company come in Saturday morning. The first thing they did was pull out the camera and showed me that the snake was not in the line with the problem. Then two guys pulled the snake right out. Friendly Plumbers had the nerve to asked the working crew (other company who pulled the snake out)how did they pull it out. All the guys did was pulled out the snake with their bare hands. 6, God is good and much greater and better than man.

We submit a request through Angie's List and this company was the first one to reach out to us and gave us an estimated price of $2000 for the service. We agreed and deposit a $500 for the service. A day after a second company came and gave us an estimated price of $12. We decided to cancel the job before it was performed with this company due to high pricing and decided to use the second company but after informing the company that were asking for the deposit back they became unresponsive up until now.

They came and got the snake stuck in the pipe. They didn't unclog the pipe. They made a mess. There was a black mess everywhere. They did not clean the mess up. They left part of the snake in our front lawn.

Ravi was on time, very nice. We troubleshooted to determine where the leak was coming from and resolved the issue. He upgraded the drain spout and repaired the shower fixture.

Great. Rami knew just what was needed and secured the right material and idid the work in a timely and efficient mannor.

Rami was very helpful & did a good job. I certainly recommend to use their service for Sewer Cleaning.

One week later it backed up again. When he came back, (which took 2 weeks) he said that the dishwasher was defective. He did not say that the first time. The washer is brand new. Lowes confirmed that whoever worked on it last messed up the line.

The line was completely cleared. Rami, and Friendly Plumbing were the first to reach out to me for this job. Glad they did

At first I thought the price was a little high; however after he spent several hours working and making sure everything worked correctly I was very impressed. I will be hiring this company again. Rami is very professional and kind. These guys are pros - remember you get what you pay for - I am very happy with the work.

This is a great company they gave me a really good price they used top of the line machines and I would rehire anytime if I needed they are confident with there work they gave me a guarantee. The men clean after they were done which was something I did not expect. I am so pleased with there work and anyone that needs service should call them.
