I needed these ladies for a bit of a short notice cleaning. I contacted 3 other cleaners before I got to these guys and everyone else said no. These guys saved my skin and for a reasonable price given the sudden notice. Would definitely recommend.

Danielle and Kim are our regular young ladies and they do an amazing job! Always polite, pleasant to talk to and professional. I feel completely comfortable with them working in the home when I’m not there and they are happy to help with any special requests. I’ve also spoken to Tina and she was professional and helpful, had great customer service and promptly answers all of my questions and concerns whenever I contact her. I wanted a cleaning company I felt I could build a professional relationship with and I believe I found that, I’m a happy customer :)

Tina and her team did a great job cleaning our 3-story (excluded basement) row home with 2 1/2 baths. A team of 4 cleaned common areas, stairs, kitchen including oven/stove and refrigerator, bathrooms, etc. They worked very hard despite a broken air conditioner on the top floor. Everything was left very clean. We are happy with a job well done.

Tina and staff were amazing. Punctual, professional, and courteous. Made sure the house was sparkling clean to bring our new baby home, and did more than I could have. We appreciate everything, thank you again.

Friends has been cleaning our office for the last 2 years. As Friends also cleans my personal residence (see other more detailed review), I knew they would do an excellent job at my office.  I haven't been disappointed.    They clean during our office hours and are very considerate of the employees as far as noise and inconvenience.  They get in and out of each office as quickly as they can without skimping on the cleaning.  They arrive on time and get the job done!!! <br /> <br />     <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

The price listed above is for monthly maintenance of our house cleaning. The first cleaning is always deep cleaning (no matter what service you call) and does cost more as they spent at least twice the time at a home.  Not everyone (including some services) clean to their standards and it needs to start out clean to maintain it.  For those that are looking for a new cleaning service, there is a difference between deep cleaning and maintenance.  Ask about and know the difference so you are not disappointed later.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Friends has been cleaning my home for over 2 years, maybe 3.  It is the longest track record I have had with a cleaning service.  I have found that a cleaning service can get "too comfortable" with a customer over time and it is frustrating to come home to spend precious time cleaning where things were missed when you just paid them to do it.  Not with Friends Services....  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As we work full time jobs, it feels so good to come home to a clean house.  I have found their services wonderful.  Everyone will miss something here and there, but on those RARE occasions, all I have to do is call or leave a note and the issue is corrected. No one is perfect.   I am pretty particular and check things after each visit...   not because I need to but because Brenda, the owner, will call me and ask.   She is even more particular than I am when it comes to the work her cleaners perform and will come out to a home to spot check or clean herself.  This due diligence is appreciated and rare to find these days.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have read the September review and find it harsh.  Had she checked other cleaning services, she would have found it costing even more for a reputable company that is bonded and insured.  Trust me, I have looked several times after I have had to find a new one (3 or 4 times over the last 7 years).   I find their rates more than reasonable.   And yes, I supply my own cleaners and vacuum.  I would rather have it that way.  I have a preference to my cleaning supplies and I know where my vacuum has been used.  I have sever allergies and changing vacuum filters is just not enough.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I am very pleased with the long standing relationship I have with Friends Services.  The ladies are respectful, punctual and friendly.  As they clean while we are at work, they use a key to my home and I trust them with its contents.  Nothing has ever been accidentally broken or "lost".   I find Brenda to be considerate to customers needs and wants.  If a little extra time than allotted for my home is needed, they continue until cleaning is complete because they take pride in their work.  Also, Brenda expects it to be done right every time.  Call them, you will not be disappointed with their services.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Also, on a side note, they do other things besides cleaning - home repairs and remodeling...  Meryl is amazing with his talents of finding the best solution to a problem  - we had one with overhangs pulling away from the house and needed something that would not involve tearing them apart - he figured it out.  As soon as the weather warms up, we already have him scheduled for work at our home and have plans for more!! <br />

Friends Services comes on a regular basis and helps keep me home amazingly clean.  Brenda and  Moe, the owners, (both are awesome people, friendly, professional, and have hired a great staff), have been running this business since before I was even born. <br /> I trust my house to them and would recommend them over anyone in the area. <br /> Thanks Brenda and Moe, your price is right and no one works harder. <br />

I had no idea it was going to cost me this much money.  They sent 3 cleaners and I thought it was $40 an hour.  And it was $40 PER PERSON/hour.  They barely got through the basic stuff I wanted to get done.  They scrubbed my floors, cleaned the bathrooms and vacuumed the steps.  The representative said that she informed me that it was $40 per person per hour, but I don't think they made it clear at all.  I would never have had them come out and clean my house if I had known it was going to cost 3 times what I expected.  The cleaning lady threatened with lawyers if I didn't pay the bill.  I told her I would pay half the bill and asked her if she could meet me in the middle and she said there was no way.  She was very upset and threatened to sue me.  Later that night the owner called me and I said I was sorry that there was a misundestanding and the owner stated that he could put a lein against my house if I did not pay.  I should note, they also used all my supplies including my vacuum cleaner.  They furnish nothing as far as supplies.

Two ladies  have continued to clean our home every two weeks for approximately 1.5 months.  They are very professional, accept feedback well and provide excellent service.

We had been having some problems with cleaning not being done right and missing lots of things.  When we called to complain the owner had said she left all the cleaners go and had new ones coming in.  Then we discover a suitcase-type fireproof safe was gone.  it contained $16,000 that we were saving for a new car, plus important paperwork.  Unfortunately, it was in our laundry room under clothes, and we were not certain when it was stolen and had a large anniversary party at our home right before I discovered it missing.  Of course our guests were friends of 30 years, so we really didn't think they had taken it.  Police talked to owner but did not really pursue it since there was not much they could do.  We wanted to know if Friends' insurance would cover the theft, but the owner would not contact her insurance company and felt we were accusing her.  Which was not the case, but that was a lot of money and took us a long time to save up.  I am handicapped with severe rheumatoid arthritis and am in constant pain.  Well, 24 of my pain pills were taken on a day the cleaner was here.  But the police said that is so rampant that they would not even file a report.  Unfortunately, pain meds are so monitored now that I had a very difficult time getting them replaced and had to send several days in intense pain because I didn't have enough meds.  Then I started noticing that I was missing jewelry including my wedding ring which I couldn't wear because of the arthritis as well as a gold necklace given to me on stage at an awards show by 1940s movie star Acquanetta.  I don't have much jewelry, but what I did have was very special to me.  I had called the owner to discuss cleaning and she eventually called me back and told me that her cleaner had taken jewelry from another customer and had left fingerprints on the jewelry box.  The same policeman filed that report and said he felt that she had also taken the safe, although she denied it.  We had been really patient with this company and did not do anything when they ruined our bedroom and dining room laminate floors by leaving a steamer set on them.  They did not even refund that days cleaning fee.  We also had the fingers of an expensive collectible statue broken as well a few other smaller collectibles broken and put back on the shelf rather than being told about it.  We're pretty easygoing and very trustful (the policeman couldn't believe we were so naive, but we try to believe the best in everyone and give second chances—which lead to us being really ripped off.  We got a little back from our insurance but since it was mostly cash we could not verify, they could not cover that.  We figured that Friends insurance would be the same way.  But what really forced the issue is finding out that Friends did not do security checks on their employees, we were told just a check on the computer, which I sort of doubt because I know the owner does not feel comfortable with computers.  I am so sad that they would just let anyone come into our house and we are so trustful we worked in our office downstairs while they cleaned.  Who knows what is still missing because I take lots of medicine which affects my memory, so we could be finding missing items for years.  I hate having to write this letter, I don't want to create trouble for the owner, but we take responsibility for our business and I spent $100 a week, plus had to provide the cleaning products only to have many treasures taken.  I don't know if anything can be done, but I'm getting a little worse each year and don't know how long I can even continue to work, so saving that much money is going to take us a long time and I'll never get my beautiful wedding ring and necklace back.  

Left a message to request service.  Lisa called the next day to set-up appointment for staff to come and assess cleaning requirements.  Appointment was then set for deep cleaning.  Three staff members did an excellent job on the deep cleaning and two of the staff members will come on a bi-weekly basis in the future.  Thought the service was well worth the cost.
