Very smoothly. Jeremy was very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and "went the second mile" to please us. His fees were reasonable and very competitive. Highly recommended.

Overall it was terrable. He (Jacob) came out on 3‐14 to check our frig. He said he'd order the part and be back when it came in. Usually the next day. I càlled on 3-18 to check on part. She said that he forgot to order the part and that she would. Since it was ordered on Fridaÿ it wouldn't be in untill Monday or Tuesday. When it finally came in they schulded fot that Saturday. He installed the part but still no water dispenced. He took out filter and inserted a new one still no water. He said he wasn't sure what was wrong but unplug it to see if it was frozen inside of the the door. Otherwise they would have to send out some one else and there would be another service call fee. He then left. As soon as he left the water started leaking out all over the kitchen floor. It now makes a god awful noise from who knows what!! Never made the noise before! After 3 days of calling I shut the water off and am still waiting for them to call as they said they would. So the story continues! And I am still waiting!

We recently used JJ Quality Appliance for a leaking LG washing machine repair. The work was done quickly and efficiently and, the price was fair. When we later experience some noise during the rinse and spin cycles, they came back (ON A SUNDAY) found the problem and solved the issue... No charge. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair or install.

Checked all lines for leaks. None found. Drain pan still had water from Ian power outage that had not evaporated. We had turned off water because we were leaving for a couple of weeks after Ian and did not have time to deal with the problem at that time. After we got home we pulled the refrigerator out to turn water back on, the water in drain pan sloshed out. Hence small amount of water on floor. Just wanted it checked for problems. Showed up on time. Kept me informed of arrival time. Was professional and knowledgeable.

We asked for a quote to repair a washing machine within 24 hours. Jj quickly called me to discuss the possible issues and then provided an estimate in writing. He then arrived on time the following day and repaired the washer in record time. I would definitely recommend JJ for your next repair job.

On time. Fixed the fridge however it was not cold next morning. Jeremy came back promptly, made a few adjustments and refrigerator got cold and stayed cold.
