We experienced a roof leak less than one year after completing a full roof replacement. Contacted Frontline to correct. After on-site visit and commitment to correct, Frontline did not show up or respond to emails and phone calls. We experienced water damage inside the home. In frustration, we were forced to contact another contractor to complete the work. Contacted Frontline and they committed to reimbursing the cost. Information was provided to them on cost, but we have received no communication on payment. A five year warranty was given on the roof work. A complaint was entered with Better Business Bureau, but no response has been received. Very disappointed with the communication and follow-up.

Dave responded to my inquiry very quickly. He came to my house, diagnosed, and fixed the problem. He was also very professional, friendly, and courteous. I will keep his business card handy for when the next time I need home repair done. Top Notch!
