"the customer forgot some important facts: 1 - The job was inspected and passed according to NJ uniform construction code by Ocean township Building Dept. 2- When the customer didn't get her way, she contacted the Manufacturer of the equipment we installed, and representative John Scarpa, the eastern United States rep spent 3 hours there with all the same results and everything was fine The customer's review is false and not in accordance with the findings from the township, and the manufacturing service representative themselves, as they have agreed their was no issue with installation by our company. Furthermore, the customer has had issues with every single contractor she has hired, including three HVAC companies Gary Frost"
"This information is false, this customer knew exactly the steps and cost for the testing and our service fees up front and agreed to exactly what we were going to do and charge. We told the customer up front that the initial issue was due to a poor installation (previous company) and should not have freon issues after 6 years, but she insisted on trying to band aid the problem rather than replacing the bad equipment, and that's exactly what we did. When the second test was done and we found where the leak was and I told her that, the customer got extremely angry and refused to pay after I already performed the services. Our first initial trip we found the air conditioning service caps loose and advised the customer they had a slow Freon leak and we could tighten the caps and add freon. The customer agreed to add the freon because it was a hundred degree day so we did as we were told. So now the customer decides to post the negative review with a series' of lies, a six-year-old system should not have a defective coil and we even went out of our way to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get her a warranty but I guess she forgot to put that in their complaint. She also forgot to put in her complaint we would be giving her credit back from the testing and the service call towards a new coil, but she insisted on doing the testing first even though she knew there was a leak. Very disrespectful and not professional at all toward the people who spent hours in her 120 degree attic trying to fix a problem another company created. Me and my son spent two hours in her house and she owes me $375. Bottom line is she just didn't want to pay, I've been doing this for 34 years with my two sons and my wife as a family business, we have an excellent reputation and unfortunately you run into customers that no matter what you do, and how much time you spend trying to help you can't make them happy and this is one of them."
