We noticed our floor was sinking in an area and the window was uneven. We contacted Full Quality Construction Co and they were very responsive. We explained that the crawl space underneath the house was narrow. Tymon came out and inspected the floor joist. He spent time afterwards showing pictures of what he discovered and explaining the process of repairing the damaged floor joist. The process of quoting the job and sending us a contract was very thorough. Tymon was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The two gentleman that came to do the job were very respectful and tidy. They did an excellent job and their experience showed in how well they did. Other than hearing the power tools you wouldn’t have known they were there. The job was done in the timeframe that we were told it would be. They showed up both days at the time they had informed us they would be there. Tymon came by both days as well to answer any other questions and to ensure our satisfaction. I would 100% recommend Tymon and his crew for any job. While at the house we discussed other home improvement jobs with Tymon and he explained things thoroughly as if it was his house that he was working on. He gave his honest opinions on the options that were available. Again we are 100% satisfied and will continue to use Full Quality Construction Co. in the future.
