Eddie, Jon and Glenda were friendly and knowledgeable in helping us pick the padding and carpet we wanted. Installers, Dommingo and Syles (A father and son team), and Michael, were professional, friendly, and experienced in installing carpet. We are very pleased with how the carpet looks and feels, and would highly recommend FWC Flooring and the installers.

Great! Jon was very patient and showed me as many types of carpet that I wanted to see, helped me narrow the selections to bring to our house to make the final selection so we could see what the carpet would look like with our paint and lighting. He provided as many details as I wanted, included carpet weight and rating to help us select the best for our lifestyle and pricing. The installers were on time, moved the furniture and put it back to my specifications before finishing the job. We selected a high quality carpet for pets and are really happy with the service and work provided. I plan to use them again for our downstairs flooring.

Really well. FWC Flooring was great from the start, explaining the different types of carpet options and helping me with samples to take home to review. The carpet was ordered quickly and installed in two days. The installers were very professional, neat, and efficient. FWC answered all of my questions and were very easy to deal with.

Couldn't have gone better. From the initial phone call and in-store visit with Glenda to meeting the installers, Domingo, Silas, & Paul, watching the work progress, and seeing the finished product, we couldn't have been happier. There is definitely a feel of family as I had read in other reviews. After they removed the old flooring, they scraped all the trash left underneath swept and shop-vac'd everything up. They moved all the furniture and made sure everything was where we wanted it when it was moved back. Would definitely hire them again!

<p>The job went extremely well from the initial meeting to completion.  I met with the owner and his wife and explained what I was looking to do and what I was looking for.  Knowing this was going to be an extremely large purchase and not being simply a "price buyer", I was looking for someone who listened carefully, understood my need/want, convince me they would give it the attention I felt this deserved, and would stand behind the work.  I was not looking for the "made the sale, sub the work, and collect the check" mentality I so often see in the retail business... particularly home projects.  I was assured the crew that would be doing the job had been with them for a very long time and would do the entire job, start-to-finish, and were very good at what they do.  And, Jon (owner) delivered on that promise.  These guys were great!  He also told me if I'd remove the breakable stuff in the rooms, his guys would take care of the big stuff.  And that they did.  They disassembled and moved big and medium-sized beds, a terribly huge, heavy armoire, and a large, heavy desk in the various rooms.  Then, they moved each and every piece back and reassembled them when the room was done.  All done with GREAT CARE and you wouldn't even have known anything was moved.</p> <p>As for the job they did... the crew leader was VERY knowledgeable about his craft, very methodical in the installation process, and obviously very conscientious about the work.  The wood flooring replaced carpet and abutted marble flooring, stone fireplace, and wood walls in both the living room and the bedroom/closet.  The integration of the wood to each was flawless and looks great.  The carpeting in all of the rooms looks great as well.  One thing to note here is that the original installation of carpeting failed to meet my desire to have a "plush" feel when stepped/walked on.  Normally this is a padding issue.  I thought I was getting it the first time.  I didn't.  I explained to Jon in the initial meeting and what went down demonstrates his understanding of what I told him.  It has the feel of what I wanted the first time.  To further demonstrate how I felt my decision to go with Jon was validated and his promise to put his best crew on my job panned out, a slight problem arose on the last room to be installed... the office.  The carpet selected had a slight flaw in the pattern.  The crew lead pointed it out to me and had already contacted Jon as well.  Turns out the flaw was in the manufacturer run on the lot.  Jon worked with me to make another choice and it was finished within a week.  Many I've worked with in the past would've just installed it and hope I didn't catch it.</p> <p>All in all, both my wife and I are extremely pleased with all aspects of having selected Jon, how our expectations were exceeded, the product selection made, the cost, and certainly the quality.  The wood floors are beautiful.  We were very anxious about replacing the carpet in those rooms with the wood and how that would look with the marble.  Turns out, very, very well.</p>

The installation crew were on time, were very careful with our belongings, were entirely courteous, worked without stopping, and provided an installation without any errors. We could not be more pleased.

We contacted them after another provider failed to provide details we requested on a carpet proposal. Fort Worth Carpet was totally transparent, providing a total estimate as well as a breakdown by square foot so we could evaluate and easily compare to others. <br /> They were also very clear in communications, from the proposal to the time to get the carpet and have installed. We went with them and they delivered on every commitment in the time frame promised. <br /> This was 5 or 6 months ago and there have been no problems whatsoever with the quality of the carpet or the install. We will use them soon when we re-carpet the upstairs. <br />

After comparison shopping, I concluded that Ft.Worth Carpet  would offer us the best quality of product and workmanship for our money.  Salesman Eddie was a pleasure to work with; quite knowledgeable as well.  Installation went well; installers very neat and methodical.  Carpet looks and feels great.  Carpet much quieter and "comfy" than tile or wood.  Enjoying it thoroughly. <br />

John at the office is always unfailingly courteous and helpful. ?In December of 2014, he spent quite a bit of time helping us to select a tile and get some ideas of tile patterns. ? We found some tile we liked, Fort Worth Carpet ordered it and it arrived when they said it would. We've called John when we just need referrals to folks in related businesses. ?He's always very helpful. Last year when we had the carpet and tile redone, The team they sent out to do the work was utterly meticulous. ?Even I'm not that picky. ?Bruce, the installer, took up some tiles after he'd set them because he didn't like how the color variation looked in a different light. ?The tile was absolutely level. ?I know, because I checked the floor all over and from different angles with a level. ?I've never seen that level of workmanship before. ?Bruce also installed the new carpet and was just as careful and meticulous about that. They're our 'go-to' shop for anything related to carpet or tile.

Ft. Worth Carpet Co. Inc. installed wood flooring in every room of our house except the baths. From the time we first walked in the door to look for flooring we were impressed. Jon was a very patient person as we brought home samples and tried to select the flooring. We had circumstances that meant they had to install the flooring in all but 2 rooms and come back several weeks later to complete the job. Bobby and Tony did an excellent job of installing the floor. They showed up on time and were always polite and nice while doing anything we asked them to do. They never acted irritated or frustrated. We had a material problem on the last day which was not in any way the carpet company's fault. It occurred?late in the afternoon on a Friday. Within an hour after being informed of the problem Jon had the needed flooring delivered and they completed our floors before leaving. For us, the mark of a quality store is how they handle a problem. Ft. Worth Carpet is a quality store in all respects. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

The carpet installer did not do as good of a job as this company did for me before. Seam in living room still shows as well as seams at doorways to other rooms. Shortcuts taken at corners where carpet doesn't fit up closely. <br /> Draperies in master bedroom were tied in a knot and they are still wrinkled 5 months later. The salesman came out to look at the problems and said the seam in the living room would settle and the draperies should hang out the wrinkles. I appreciated his concern but these things shouldn't have happened in the first place. <br /> The installers came at 9:00am and didn't leave until after 6:00pm. I'm 74 years old and they had me move things out of the office and onto the patio so they could keep working. I was worn out and shouldn't have done what I did!   A lot of the furniture was not put back in the right rooms and what was put back was not placed properly. Many pieces were heavy and I still don't have them moved to the proper position. Will have to have someone come and do this for me. <br /> As I mentioned this company did a wonderful job for me before and I did not have any complaints. It was far different this time. <br />

They provided a excellent experience, from buying to installation. Two guys showed up the day of installation and I thought "no way" are these 2 guys going to move all our furniture or at least without incident, but they did. It went smooth as silk and they were very hard workers, very courteous. We made sure we removed all items from heavy furniture items. They finished in 1 1/2 days. We are very happy with the results.
