When working with old plumbing It's highly likely you will run into some issues. Brandon did a great job with these issues when replacing some old water supply valves under my kitchen sink and a new faucet on my basement laundry tub. His work was very professional and his customer service is first class. Plus his prices are quite reasonable. I would hire again.

The plumber was easy to work with...easy to communicate with...gave me an estimate which turned out to be the exact cost. He arrived on time and was ready to work. He explained what needed fixing and how he was going to do it. All went well. He was neat and clean...left no mess. Have put him in my contacts list as my plumber. In January 2025, Cincinnati got 10+ inches of snow and, the temperature dropped and stayed in the single digits for weeks. A pipe froze and burst in our garage and we were forced to call a plumber. Brandon of G3 Plumbing promptly responded to our referred, emergency call. He fit us into his busy schedule and provided reasonable options for repairs. He was approachable, honest, professional, straight-forward, reasonably priced, and he cleaned up afterward! It was a relief to find someone who didn't try to take advantage of our situation, showed up on time and worked quickly. G3 is now the only plumber we'll use and refer to others with confidence. These are rare qualities when one must hire service providers in today's society of bad actors. Brandon has skills and integrity!
