My roof was 19 years old and I knew it needed to be replaced, but I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to deal with the whole process. One day I was walking my dog and saw a house in my neighborhood getting a new roof by G5 Roofing & Exteriors. The job looked pretty complex, but the quality of the work really stood out to me. I ended up meeting Jared on site, and he made everything a lot easier to understand. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and helped take a lot of the stress out of the decision. From there, the whole process was smooth and straightforward. The crew did a great job, and the final result turned out better than I expected. Ethan and Jalen with G5 Roofing and Exteriors just inspected our roof after the recent hail storm. Their inspection was totally free. The good news was that no hail damage was found and even stated the previous roofers did a great job. We just got a new roof about 2 years ago. Yay!!! It’s a relief to find an honest company and such nice gentlemen representing G5.

I recently had G5 Roofing and Exteriors replace my entire roof after a storm, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did outstanding work—they were meticulous, cleaned up every nail and scrap daily, and finished ahead of schedule. The new roof looks fantastic and has already held up perfectly in heavy rain. What really stood out was their awesome responsiveness. From the initial quote (same-day call back) to handling a last-minute material swap without any hassle, they kept me in the loop via text updates. No games, no delays—just top-notch service. G5 was great to work with. Had entire roof and gutters replaced due to storm damage. Salesman Cameron was very helpful with filing claim through insurance and overseeing work. Excellent professional company. Definitely recommend. — I made this post yesterday and am editing it today, I was mistaken. G5 helped me file claim through insurance. They did not complete all the work in claim because some was interior work. My adjuster told me at beginning that if there were extra charges he might be able to cover them. G5 provided my insurance with proof of completion (not through me) and my insurance company provided remainder of claim amount to me. G5 was unable to make it by my house to pick up check for a while. Cameron asked how much it was for and said sounds good. When contacted by owner of G5 asking how things went and asking me to do a review, I offered to take check to their office, he said no they would pick it up. Cameron picked up check the next day. (Had been on my fridge for 10 days) He said it looked good, should cover it all. My comment was ‘I hope so since I was not told of an additional amount or I would have asked adjuster for more.’ So imagine my surprise when I receive an invoice for an additional $524. It makes me wonder what they sent to insurance company , especially since the interior work wasn’t completed at the time they did that. They took what I thought was a good experience and turned it bad. No longer recommend G5 Roofing.
