Very responsive. Did all work as requested. Reasonably priced.

These are true professionals. The job was to power wash the balcony in our condo. They showed up on time, set up quickly, and best of all, the results of the powerwashing service was amazing. Why didn't I hire them sooner?!? Very recommendable! They also have other services which includes indoor painting. I will definitely use them again.

When I called JNLC Home Appeal to inquire about having my windows cleaned, I talked with Carolina who was very kind, knowledgable and helpful. After talking with two other companies, I decided to go with JNLC and I'm very glad I did! They did an outstanding job of cleaning my windows inside and out along with the screens and sills. They were on time and personable and cleaned up nicely before they left. I recommend them highly!

Had a last minute issue with a different company (Calvary Powerwashing), and needed my house done today. JNLC came to the rescue on short notice and did a stellar job. I would recommend them to everyone and my house is sparkling. They took there time and did a thorough job on my single family home and there are some super high spots that they reached with their extension ladder. I get my house done a least once every two years and I plan on only using them in the future.

Very well. The only issue was crew was out or had to leave because they were sick and it took the one person longer than anticipated which was no one’s fault.

The JNLC team arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the lights on our tall holly trees were strung. They made sure before they started that they were giving us just what we wanted. The lights now look great and, despite a fierce 48-hour wind, the lights remained in place and continue to be the highlight of our Christmas decorations. Their promised maintenance is also a big plus.

Got the job done AND turned on the water to my outside faucet, which I mistakenly thought was on already.

JNLC did the work for a townhouse with 3 floors (not end unit) but a 4x4ft area near the rooftop with hard-to-reach angle was missed. I called their office and they sent a worker the next day, free of charge. Customer satisfaction and professionalism are important to them and it surely shows. Thank you Carolina and Carlos. JNLC Home Appeal did a great job on our windows. They were polite, friendly and, most of all, professional. They arrived on time, set up quickly and worked efficiently. We had a couple of tough to clean windows, but they found a way. We would certainly hire them again.

Hands down the best contractor I’ve used. They did an amazing job in a timely and professional manner. I was shocked on how good the work was with the price that was given. They went above and beyond and would recommend and definitely use them again.

I recently hired JNLC Home Appeal to pressure wash my house, and it has been a deeply disappointing experience. During the process, they broke two external house vent covers. They initially sent out a repair team who were unable to fix the damage properly. They attempted some temporary fixes and then left without completing the job. Since then, I've made multiple attempts to contact the company for updates or a resolution, but they have completely ignored all my messages and calls. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the lurch with unresolved damage caused by their service. I would not recommend JNLC Home Appeal to anyone looking for reliable and responsible home services. Their lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable.

Once we agreed on a price and date, the workers came and put in a good day’s work and did a fantastic job installing our Christmas lights and greenery! The team who installed the lights went above and beyond. The company was very patient in asking me asking a lot of questions both before and during the installation. They only used materials that could be easily removed, which was a concern of mine.
