Agree to contract and he filled out information for permit. Village sent an email stating that he needed to fill out some information to become an approved contractor through the village. He told us on June 23 that he would call the village to see what needs to be done. Called again on Jul 1 and Jul 7 and didn't receive a call back. Found an office number on Jul 7 and called. Office manager didn't even know about the job and stated that he probably couldn't get approve because he doesn't have insurance . Now we are past the time that it was suppose to be completed and we are being find. We received a $100 fine Jul 7 and will get more if the work isn't completed soon.

Adrian is awesome! He transformed our stairs to our lower level, he made sure the treads were exactly the way we wanted them and the specs were perfect. He was timely, cleanly and extremely patient with our changes.

Things went well. Tarps were down covering area of work until complete. Adrian was on time each day, cleaned up afterwards & throughout the work. Zero "creepy vibe" - very friendly, made us feel relaxed. We recommend Adrian highly.

I submitted a request and Gain Construction LLC only responded out of the 4 companies. We setup a date to come out and inspect the project and the materials I purchased. He gave me a quote and came out on the date I selected. He began demolition and then the reconstruction but found out the stringers I had would not work so went and purchased the required materials and cut them perfectly. Between him and his helper they got the project done that day and modified the original quote to reflect new charges for needed materials. They were very professional and did a great job with the project. I would recommend and use them for future projects.

These guys are great. Very professional and nice guys. My stairs were a nightmare for over ten years. They were too steep with 6 steps, so they extended to 8 steps and bulked it up. I can't rave enough. They're all work and know what they're doing. I have many more projects I'll be requesting they do. Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The contractor communicated with me on his status and arrived on time. He cleaned up the area after he was finished and hauled away the debris. He asked me if anything was left undone and repaired the areas that were missed. He had a good attitude and was pleasant to talk to. The cost was reasonable. I would use Gain Construction again.

The work was quick, neat, and overall, just supurb! The contractor even went the extra mile to put down drop cloth over the floors to protect the floors, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use this company again.
