After a frustrating runaround with other companies, Jordan drove up from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, waived the trip charge, and quickly diagnosed that I only needed a faucet fixture (not a full sink). He went to Home Depot, installed the new fixture, fixed a few other small issues, and left everything working — all billed fairly for one hour of labor. Jordan was professional, efficient, and honest; Megan in the office was courteous and helpful. As a longtime local with two homes, I’m already planning to use Galactic as my go-to plumber. This guy is badass. He knows what he's doing, better than any I've dealt with in my long life, as well as taking care of me - the customer - above and beyond what I would ever expect. Absolutely fantastic job on the replaced gas lines. They came out quickly, and were efficient in repairing both stove and dryer lines. Top tier professionalism.

When I had a major sewer back up, Jordan came out and took care of me. He came out, dug up my main sewer line and installed new cleanouts and put everything back to normal. I have not had a sewage problem since his visit. The price was right as well. This is a company I would send to work on my mom's house. 10/10 will call again.
