Lou and Robert arrived right on time. I needed 4 ceiling fans, 3 kitchen pendant lights, and a dining room light installed in our new home. The install was completed beautifully including installation of 2 dimmer switches. Lou was very detailed in his explanation of the glitch he found in the existing wiring. In fact one of ,y brand new ceiling fans wouldn't work. Robert and Lou found a wiring problem. I was very happy and I can say with confidence I have a new electrician.

Lucio called me the next day and explained the extraordinary circumstances behind his "no call/ no show". He was very apologetic and I decided to give them another chance. They arrived 15min early, completed the work quickly, cleanly and competently. I would hire again.

Lucio, promptly gave us a fair quote. He was able to accommodate my schedule to complete the work. My property is a weekly rental and I was not able to be present. Lucio communicated with me throughout the entire process. He sent pictures and video of the work as it was being completed. Everything went wonderful! He even fixed a problem with the fans (for free) that I was going to deal with at a later time. Now I don't have to worry about it. 100% chance I will use Galaxy Electric in the future. Excellent job! The job took a little longer than Lucio expected but he kept his word on the original estimate. He did such a good job I gave him a bit extra to compensate him for the additional time. Being an out-of-state landlord, finding trustworthy service providers is very important. Lucio is now my electrician!

Lucio was accompanied by his associate Brian.  Both were very professional, cordial and workman like. It was if Lucio was not going to leave without making sure that all the wiring was up to his standards. I have complete confidence that all our problems have been resolved to the highest standards. He took extra time to look at an issue with a switch in the kitchen that should be wired for a disposal.  He provided an estimate for fixing that.  We will absolutely use Bright Electric in the future to resolve any electrical issues.  They provide quality work for a fair price.  It would be a mistake if you did not do the same. <br />

Lucio and Brian were very professional and communicated very well. They showed up on time and were very efficient using their time. They explained what they were going to do and did the job very well. They were very careful moving furniture, and covering the floor before they started working. I would certainly use them again. <br />

Bright Electric did a fine job.  Over the 1.5 days they worked at our home we were again impressed with how careful they were not not make a mess and also to not let our nosy dog outside!  Yes we will definitely use Bright Electric again should the need arise.

The service went beautifully. They got in touch with me, I scheduled the appointment and they showed up. It took an hour to do, I am using it from the get go. I am going with Angie's List for whatever projects I intend to do. It was a good deal and the guy cleaned up after the work. It looks terrific. I would have them do other electrical work. He was dead on time. I would recommend them to anybody.

<p>They did not do as great a job because they installed it, which was fine. They came out there and asked me where I wanted it. Then when I got up into the outside garage attic I see they literally just ran a line from an outside garage switch box, which is fine, but then they left the wire. If you are walking in the attic on the beams you could literally fall on it or it could be kicked out because they made it too short. I emailed them about it and they said they were going to come back, but they never did. I need to follow up with them again. That was a while ago. They were, like, they would come out that week. I went home early that day and they never even showed up. I actually paid more than the big deal price because he said it was further from the box, but he did not even run it from the box. I probably should have challenged that, but I didn't. They did do the job, so I don't want to say they were completely horrible, but the fact that they did not come back when they said they would was kind of disappointing. The first time they came out he was a little late, which is alright.   </p>

It went very well.  We had a guy that came earlier to fix them and he said they were both broken.  This company came and found that there was no power going to them.  They located the switch and turned it on and got that fan working.  They also installed a new one which is working as well.
