The worst electrician I've used in over 20 years, not only do they fail to show up for recall or follow-up work twice, but they also don't provide any notice or communication. There is absolutely no courtesy or professionalism. I hired them to install a Tesla charger, which should have been a straightforward job. I was originally quoted $950, but the final bill came to $1,450. They added a $200 service call fee while already working in my home. I didn't agree with it, but I paid it anyway. The biggest issue is that after completing the installation, they somehow damaged all of the electrical outlets in my primary bathroom upstairs, which is located on the same side of the house as the Tesla charger. I have no idea how that happened, but everything was working perfectly before they arrived, As a result, our smart toilet lost power and could no longer flush or perform its cleaning functions. We were left unable to properly use our bathroom for days with waste inside!

"Original quote was $950 for panel + charger in garage (20?) but it ended up being 150? it was $400 more in material and wire. Which you knew, then you asked me about your lamp post, $200 troubleshooting + fix, just because I am there doesn?t mean I won?t charge for labor on added things. Your receptacle problem was due to your tripped GFCI receptacles. Which I walked you through over the phone. You called me Tuesday, I told you I would be there Thursday, I came Thursday. Language barrier, too."

I had a very good experience with Galloway Electrical who came to repair the GFSI outlet in the garage. The solution was not obvious and they worked on the repair for a couple hours until it was fixed. I’m very pleased with the result.

I contacted Angi for an electrician on a Sundy evening for an emergency and received a immediate response from Galloway Electric. The team arrived in a reasonable period of time and quickly restored our power. The team also explained what caused the electrical failure and proposed alternative solutions to prevent recurrence. The estimate was fair, and we contracted them to do the work, which was completed over multiple days, with excellent communication and quality of work. The team was professional. We are very happy with the results and have added Galloway to our contacts as our go-to electricians.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They came out and replaced one motion flood light. later that night it just stayed on. Then it started flashing for the rest of the night. It was facing my neighbor and flashing in their windows I immediately let them know and they wouldn't come out to fix it. I reached out the next day and they were too busy again. Then the day they were supposed to come they "got tied up " and couldn't make it again. I already paid them so I have no recourse. Extremely bad customer service. And very bad installation. Now I have to hire another company to come fix their mistakes.

"Unfortunately, with these kinds of lights they are very temperamental, with their adjustments and motion sensors. I came out as a curtesy call with no charge, when you expressed that the light was not functioning as you wanted. I do believe and I think I mentioned the over all position of the light shining on your neighbors house; was the problem. And logically needs to be moved to another angle and not on their house. After the third time you called I gave you a solution by turning off the breaker until our scheduled date for me to finish the other lights. As I stated the position of the light is the problem, I also must correct you on amount, it was $50."
