Charles Green and his employees were top notch. Our ceiling was uneven with patched paint and irregularities where the beams lay behind the drywall. Mr. Green showed up to look at the ceiling and give an estimate the day after we called him, and he offered to start work the following day. Throughout the process, Mr. Green was professional, patient, competent, trustworthy, and thorough. He educated us about what he would be doing, answered all of our (admittedly ignorant) questions about mudding and drywall, and even accelerated the project to finish earlier than planned when we realized our movers would be arriving a day earlier than expected. It is worth noting that because we were living elsewhere at the time, we entrusted Mr. Green and his company with the keys to our home because we felt confident we were in good hands. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and follow-up demonstrated by the owner (Charles Green) and his team. We have used G&G several times over the years, although this was the first really big job we had. Mr. Green helped with difficult questions and issues I had initially getting the fair market value from my insurance company. Also G&G recommended sub-contractors to do our tile and plumbing work which did a great job as well. I will definitely use G&G again and would highly recommend this company.

They were on time every morning and worked hard all day long. They even came back on Saturday and Sunday to paint. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I work from home and was in an adjoining room and they were very quiet, not even a radio! They did a great job. I couldn't be happier. We would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to friends and neighbors!

During the job interview/review, Charles described how he would treat certain areas, answering our questions patiently and completely. Charles is a hands-on businessman. He personally managed and worked side by side with his crew. He is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. Bottom line, his goal was for us to be satisfied with his work, and we were. We would hire him again. We have told our friends about him and how pleased we are with his integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. We highly recommend that you select Charles for your job, you will be happy you did.

Great. The contractor arrived on time, gave a 4 hr time frame and finished well within that time. They were courteous throughout and tidied up the area after the work was complete. The repair looks great and we are very happy with the whole experience

Charles did a wonderful job repairing our ceiling from water damage. He is very knowledgable in the field and professional doing the work. Throughout the process, Charles was very transparent in what he wanted to accomplish and helped communicate to my insurance company regarding the claim I filed. On the day of the job, he kept me up to date, finished a day earlier than expected and left the condo exactly like how it was before the work started. Charels and/or his crew had to make a number of trips to the job site initially to correct some poorly hung dry wall from a previous subcontractor that must have been hired because they were cheap. Charles corrected the problems and returned several times to finish up the smaller items that needed to be finished before painting can start. He was prompt, professional and courteous and he will be the first contractor I call on my next project.

Charles and crew were kind and courteous to deal with. They definitely weren't new to the business and saw things we didn't. We loved that he took ownership and pride in his work. On a few occasions, he would take the reigns from his two sons and "show them how it's done." Overall, they turned some drab looking walls and gave them life. My only negative which Charles addressed later was that they couldn't take our credit card like I thought he could. Not a huge deal, but it didn't create a little bit of an inconvenience to pay him since we had to money shuffle last minute on a Friday. We would definitely do business with them again.

Charles was great! We communicated in advance about the scope of work, he did a site visit and provide an estimate in a timely manner. Charles showed up on the agreed upon dates and completed the repair of several small cracks along drywall seams in the house, fixed a bad previous popcorn patch job from a lighting fixture installation and painted all repaired areas. Greatly appreciate this service.

Charles come out quickly to give me an estimate for the work that needed to be performed and I scheduled him to come out and do the job soon after. On short notice he was able to come out to the job and finished promptly with a very good finished product. I would definitely use him in the future.
