He doesn’t know what he is doing. Went to store and got wrong size wood for molding. I had to tell him why it would work Then again. I asked for molly bolts to secure shelf. He bought back plastic anchors. Bought two large bag of anchors. Used some and tried to keep the rest. Horrible. He just doesn’t know what he is doing.

After completion it look very nice there were paint around the baseboard and ceiling that had splashes of paint. The first day they were late didn’t arrive until 4:30 pm was supposed to be here by 10:00 am. They called and explained why they were going to be late. Overall it was a job well done.

I needed my TV stand assembled ASAP because I've had the TV for over a month. I couldn't put it together by someone (I'm handicapped) and I thought about Angie's List late on a Saturday night. Well, I found Gandy's Mechanical Maintenance Services, filled out the form, and chose Gandy's from the list that popped up. I wasn't disappointed. I called them late (too late) and told them what I needed. They were here on Sunday around noon. And what a job they did! I couldn't be happier and of this writing, I already have a minimum of four more projects when we move into our new house. I would estimate we will have at least six more "projects" for Gandy's and I won't think twice for them to do the jobs for me.

Fantastic! It was very easy to get an appointment to have work done in the time frame I needed. Sebastian called me the day before the job to confirm. He arrived on time, he was very personable and polite but professional. He completed the assembly in the quoted time. He also left the area he worked in pristine and all I had to do was put the packing materials out for recycling-which he had even offered to do. I will definitely be using Gandy's again! This was absolutely a pleasure. More businesses should take a lesson from these folks.

My father and I had an outstanding experience with Gandy's and would highly recommend hiring them. We needed repair to an exterior soffit in a way that secures access for squirrels to break back in to the attic. Gandy's was very responsive, arrived on time and made quick work of the job, despite it involving scaling a fairly steep roof to access. I was in a different location, and they took the time to call and confirm everything had gone well. We highly recommend!

Nathan, nice person, got it in, but he came unprepared, no extension ladder, used mine, no sealer, used mine, no roofing nails to replace the shingles that got destroyed, both of which I supplied. you need to select your contractors with better judgement. I will not be using your service again

"After speaking to Nathan last night to get a full understanding of what happened at your house. I would like to begin by saying that Nathan is ok a bit sore but ok after falling off your ladder thank you so much for your concern for our son in law. As per our profile we are a small family owned and operated company therefore we don't carry all of our equipment with us to every job. Nathan Did fail to realize that the attic fan you provided and wanted installed was a roof mount which would require the use of a ladder and sealant. Most residential attic fans mount from inside the attic and don't require sealant that's why it seamed he was unprepared. As for the broken shingles that tends to happen when you unbolt anything from them. We are not a roofing company so we don't have shingles on hand. My apologies that you weren't satisfied with how the job was performed but I am glad the end result was still achieved and your attic fan is installed."
