I can’t say enough good things about Garabar. I noticed a water issue at a roof-to-wall junction, and their office got back to me right away to send a team out. The workers who came to the house were fantastic. They went straight to work without me even expecting them to jump on it so quickly. They spent hours out here getting the job done right—lifting the tiles along the wall, re-doing the underlayment, trimming back concrete tiles so the valley drains properly, and replacing the rotted corner fascia. When a rain squall hit mid-job, they briefly paused, kept me updated, and went right back to work the second it cleared to make sure everything was fully sealed. It’s rare to find a contractor that stands behind their work with this level of honesty, communication, and skill. Highly recommend Pam, the office team, and their field crew!

We just got our roof done last week and it looks great. Garabar was recommended by our neighbor down the street because of their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them as well! They’ve been in South FL for a very long time and that’s important. They’ve earned their great reputation. Brian earned our trust on day one, Jessica kept us updated daily, and Taylor made sure the finishing touches were completed. Steve checked in to oversee things too. They’ve got a complete team! They were great to work with. Professional and very customer service driven. I worked with Brian Hirsch to sign the contract initially and he was available to me throughout the entire project for any questions and I also worked closely with Jessica Romero from the office. She was wonderful. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. The physical crew that showed up to do the work each day was so careful to protect the property and the cleanup effort was amazing.

I recently worked with Garabar on 2 roof replacements for one of my clients. Due to the roofing tile restrictions imposed by the associations, there was a longer lead time (several months) to obtain the tiles. While awaiting delivery of the tiles, Garabar coordinated temporary repairs of the roof to stop the existing leaks as part of the re-roof contract. This was great as it enabled us to make other interior repairs while awaiting tile delivery. I really appreciated their support throughout this process, Jessica would call and email regularly to keep me informed with the progress. That stated, their workmanship was excellent and pricing was reasonable compared to the other re-roof quotes I had obtained. They also had their own quality control monitor the progress to address any items warranting additional attention. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend. They are by far one of the best companies I’ve dealt with in my 53 years of living in FL. Everyone was very responsive to my endless questions and concerns esp Brian, Paco, Jessica and Dianne. They replaced my 25 yo tile roof , sola tubes and gutters perfectly!

When I started getting estimates for my roofing project, I saw Garabar's trucks around my neighborhood and quite frankly I had discarded them thinking it was going to be very expensive. To my surprise, it turned out to be very competitive in pricing, (not the cheapest) but not that expensive either. Brian was very professional, gave me an estimate on the spot and explained to me that all the workers were directly employed with the company, (No subcontractors). They were also very clean and protected all the bushes, pool and driveway with wood and plastic. When they finished, cleaned everything immediately not even once I have to call for any mishandling. The work was done very quickly and Jessica kept in touch permanently.

We just had our roof replaced by Garabar. Their entire team were wonderful, especially Brian and Jessica, as they kept us up-to-date on the status of our project and answered all of our questions (and I mean all!)! The crew were efficient and cleaned up every day they worked so that we could come and go without driving over equipment and supplies. 100% recommend them.

We got our roof replaced by Garabar, very Professional Service, came well recommended by our HOA and they lived up to their reputation. Job was done flawlessly, always made sure to clean up the driveway each day before leaving. Kept us well informed on the progress. Would highly recommend them. Quote was very competitive. Due to material and resource constraints, the whole replacement job took over 8 months - which worked out well as the payments were phased out. All work comes with a 10 yr warranty.

Everything went Perfect

Although the job was very slow getting started (6 months from start to finish for a single family shingle roof), once the work did start, they seemed to hit their groove. Everyone who came to my house - from sales, to foreman to workers - were pleasant and informative. Everything was explained and documented along the way and my property was left spotless once complete. Special shout out to Jessica and Adrian who kept me informed.

Garabar is a very professional company to deal with for the dreaded new roof. No one wants to do spend the money. Garabar people have made this a pleasant experience. Raphael Sierra gave me an excellent presentation and excellent follow through...he always returns my calls or texts promptly. My inside coordinator is Jessica Romero...and I only have good things to say about her role. The workers are polite and make certain that they leave my yard as clean as they found it. The main thing is that they gave me promises and they have kept them. They are always there to answer your questions in a polite manner. The pricing was competitive and the service is outstanding.
