Small mix up on appointment time, owner fixed immediately when called. Tech was polite, got right to work, overall nice guy who knew his stuff. Price was excellent (I had called several others prior to hiring this one). I will definitely use them again for any garage door needs.

We had had a little problem connecting to the service provider to schedule the service but once we connected the services were preformed as advertised. Darin was prompt for the appointment and was very efficient and professional in performing the service. I pointed out a problem with the bottom garage door seal not sealing (house was built in 1995 and garage door and seal are original). Darin made a suggestion on how the seal could be fixed. I liked his suggestion and his price quote so he will be performing the additional service February 7. It is really nice to work with a service provider who listens to your problem and can make a 'fix' suggestions but does not push you to buy the suggested service.

I had trouble getting the company to call me back to schedule. After about a 10 day delay, we scheduled the work and it was done well and on time.

it went very well, they were able to come out the same day I called and do all the work that was necessary so we had a safe garage door. They were very personable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I would definitely recommend this business!

Fred came in and saved the day and left me with such a huge smile on my face. For almost two weeks I have not been able to use the garage as I normally do. It essentialy is my front door and it's where I keep my car. I had just recently purchased a new car that had not seen the inside of the garage. Fred came in and installed a new system in 45 minutes. He has been very nice and professional since my very first initial contact down to the handshake at the end of installation. I could not have asked for anyone else to help reassure me that my garage would be usuable again. All I can say is Thank you Fred of Garage Door Commander and I'm shouting your praises from the mountaintop!!

Fred came to my house precisely on time, he called 30 minutes before his arrival which i greatly appreciated. He was very courteous, did the job he came to do, did it in a very satisfactory amount of time, guaranteed his work and assured me that if i had any questions or concerns to call him right away. I was very please with Fred and his company.
