the receptionist for the owner was not helpful and seemed to forget things and didn't convey our messages however the owner/installer was very responsive once we let him know that we were not getting good service. The garage door, now fully installed and extremely easy to use is great. We are very happy.. <br />

They were mediocre. They were okay. They came out pretty quickly. The Big Deal was for $99 and there was an additional fee for the service. It ended up being an additional of $200. The service is not what you think you are purchasing. It seemed that they were going to come and clean the mechanism of the wiring. The thing is not that. That is not a cleaning. They literally came with a spray bottle. The piece that they ended up fixing was an additional piece. What I purchased, the guy walked in with a little bottle in his hand and sprayed four corners and that was it. I could have gone in the store and bought the same bottle for probably 10 bucks and did that myself. The cost for what I purchased was horrible. The wiring was fine. It was the spraying that I was irritated with. They were responsive. They showed up on time.

Scheduling went smoothly, a little phone tag but that was on my part. Reminder call before they came. Arrived on time, was very nice and didn't waste any time. Explained areas that we should consider improving our garage door system, but was not pushy trying to up-sell us on future work. Good overall experience and I would use again. <br />

The two workers arrived at the time agreed upon. They were personable and explained the steps they were doing. They lubricated the appropriate parts. They listened when I described a problem I had worked on myself to tighten a brace which had loosened over time, and used their professional tools to repair it better.
