Very satisfied with the quality of the doors and installation. The lead time was originally "three weeks" which morphed into eight weeks- although I wasn't told, I'm guessing late fall could be the busy time for folks to upgrade garage doors- prior to winter.

Bud Coleman did a good job. He seemed thorough. Replaced the springs, lubricated the tracks, recalibrate the force of the motor, programmed all remotes, auto homelinks, keypad. Everything is working now. No hardware upgrade necessary. He also taught me to use silicone lubricant spray as a regular maintenance.

This is a correction to the D grade I first gave. Owner called me and we had a long, gracious conversation about my issue. We came to a compromise after talking thru our viewpoints and I am now very happy with the result. That is what I call great customer service. Their work was very good, my issue had nothing to do with the technical fixes applied. I would have no hesitation to use them again,
