They were completely unprepared for the work that they were coming to do and they didn’t show up on time. They did a quality job. They gave us garage door openers that didn’t have any batteries.

Great Experience with Garage Door Express. We had been waiting for another company to schedule their appointment with us after doing the estimate. But they could not solidify a time and we had been with a broken door for almost 3 weeks waiting. So we did some checking around and Dennie was able to given us a better (insulated door, and quieter door) than they original estimate a couple companies we were getting bids from. BUT not only did that work to our favor, they were able to come out and replace the doc and overhaul the old system that afternoon....SO AWESOME :)

He was very quick and appeared to consider all the safety related issues. I have a problem with my garage door motor which he tried to fix even though he did not install it or he could not fix it under a warranty.

Immediate response was refreshing. Arrived on day he said he would and at time he scheduled. Very, very professional and very impressive. Our garage door has NEVER been this quiet or worked so well. Will definitely call them again if door needs service or replacement. Would recommend this company over ANY of the other garage door companies in the area. This was an Angie's List special deal and was well worth the money.

Dan is great. I purchased tune up through Angie's list and sent a note to him about the issue with the garage. He came the next day, fixed the door in no time and performed tune up really fast. No muss. No fuss. Fantastic contractor. I will definitely call them again for anything related to the garage. He didn't even charge me more than the price of the tune up for fixing the issue with the garage.
