Please do not attempt to fix a broken garage door spring yourself, it is very dangerous. These guys were great.

Sherwood was recommended by a contractor working at my house. He came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem. He called the factory and found out the units were under warranty. He took care of ordering the replacements and installed them the day after they came in. Great work, prompt service, and very easy to deal with. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Appointment time was vague (mid morning), the tech arrived by 9 AM. The tech was very polite and listened and implemented my suggestions. All in all, they were good to work with.

I had 3 Doors and Openers installed. They had the beast price, customer service and installation! Would recommend them highly. Very nice and professional to work with.

I called this company to find out what they would charge me to replace a garage door spring. I was very upset when they told me what their charge would have been. I told the really professional and extremely nice lady on the phone what I had paid to have this job done which was two and one half times more than what this company charged. This company called me back and said that the owner felt so bad that I had been overcharged that he offered to come and service my other door free of charge. They came and serviced both doors free of charge. This act of kindness renewed my faith that there are good people and good companies still in existence.I would recommend this company for all garage door issues and I will always use them in the future.

Great experience. Not only was he prompt, but he didn't try and sell me all new equipment. He serviced my existing doors and motors and got my lights working again. Gave me an idea of cost of replacing doors and motors and told me to call him when I was ready. It was refreshing not to have someone just come try and sell me something that I didn't need. Very pleased and will call him back whenever I need anything else.

I was so impressed with the consideration and helpfulness. It is good to know there are still good businesses who have the old fashioned kind of service once prevalent in this country. I sure hope others operate with the same level of excellence.
