Reasonable garage door repair/tune-up were completed on time.

The service was great and he did a great job. They got it working, got it done, it is nice and quiet. It used to be noisy, and then it quit working. He got it fixed for us. He came and looked at. He decided what parts it required, went and bought them. He came back and fixed it. They had to replace the rollers and everything. The rollers were all corroded, so it was more expensive. It was worth it. My husband was very pleased. When the garage door doesn't work, we have to walk around to get in the house. I would say the price was good because, he did a lot of work on that. He replaced the springs, rollers, and cable. He replaced the safety harness. He replaced everything. He was here that day, and it was a big job. He left it clean, and left the rollers for my husband to look at it.

It was very good. We did pay a little extra, but it was our choice to do so. We wanted him to do something that wasn't exactly on the list. Their pricing was good. One person came out and it took a couple of hours. The whole service was just fine.

I made an appointment with Omar. He arrived as scheduled, inspected the system and explained what needed to be done. He replaced the aging, rusting rollers, lubricated the system and adjusted the motion detector. He finished the job in 30 minutes.

They came out within a week after I purchased it. He came and explained to me. He gave me a quote for all things which I needed to do. The receiver wasn't part of the deal. He was doing more than what was part of the deal. I didn't have a chance to get a quote from anyone else. It was very good quality. They were supposed to contact me within 24 to 48 hours but I was not contacted so I had to call back Angie's List. He didn't contact me within that time frame. They said that if he would not contact me within the specific time then Angie's List would refund my money back. There was a little bit of misunderstanding in getting inquiries to us. It did happen within 4 or 5 days. He was on time.

It went very well. Homar was excellent and gave me tips on how to keep the door trouble free.

Called first thing yesterday and he came out that afternoon, albeit later than promised but he called to let me know. Circuit board faulty and he came and replaced it first thing this morning, reprogramed all remotes (including the built-in remote on my vehicle) and provided a 90-day warranty on the work.

Homar came a little later than he said he would, but did call and give me a heads up. He identified the source of the sound, which was my door sagging (because a visitor ran into it while trying to park in my driveway... and "popped it back out so it's as good as new"... right...). He ended up putting two struts on the garage door, re-balanced it, and also greased all the joints/springs in the system (the original "tune-up" work I paid for). I realized a couple days later that it's still sagging a little... but it seems minor enough that I'm probably not going to call him to come back out. But I did deduct a letter off his Quality score. I mean it's minor enough I'd probably give him a B+. Other than that, Homar was very professional, and seems very passionate about his work. All in all, the service cost: $49 for the tune-up deal $68 for the two struts ($34 each)

Great worker came to my residence, was in and out in about 20 minutes, able to get the tune up completed and greatly reduced the noise of my garage door.
