It worked out great. They showed up when they were supposed to and they went beyond the customer service that you would expect from someone doing a garage door. It worked out wonderful. They made good suggestions. Economically, it made sense. The garage doors are working wonderful! I am glad that they came out. I did not pay more. I am very happy when the contractor shows up on time and does what he says he is going to do. They went really beyond that. He recommended a few things and threw in one or two rollers that I hadn't expected. They gave it to me for free. That was a little bonus. Their tag is on my garage door opener.

Went very well. They came at night on the same day I called. Replaced the garage door opener. Explained why the old one wasn't working(it was over 20 years old!)

Late for scheduled appointment. Did a cursory inspection and sprayed lubricant. Took about 5 minutes. Redeeming factor, did not do any unnecessary work.

Fantastic. We wanted to keep our wooden garage doors and Dmytro worked with what he had and retrofitted the old pieces and replaced broken or outdated parts. We couldn't be happier. The doors are the best they have been and we have lived in this house for 15 plus years

Dmytro Rybak did the work and recommended that the rollers be replaced as the factory installed rollers were plastic and would eventually break. He leveled the door to keep critters out without asking, oiled all springs and joints, replaced the rollers, and gave me advise on operating the door - it was my first time having an electric door. I will most definitely call this company back every six months to do a tune-up. Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

When I called about our door not working they were ready to come out immediately. I wasn't going to be home until the afternoon and they showed up promptly at the time given. Dimitry was great to explain what was broken, what needed to be done, our options and what we could do to prevent the problem in the future. We also had some preventative work done while he was here in addition to fixing the broken spring. Dimitry was very polite, professional and had it working in less time than quoted. I would definitely call again if any problems come up.

Services performed as described. Had same door serviced a month ago and the worn parts weren't replaced. Judgment call on need for replacement at first visit. Would have been better and saved $ if they had been replaced worn parts the first service visit. Technicians are very professional, describe needs/services well. Overall, very pleased.

My garage door had been working intermittently and after contacting three different companies none of which could help immediately I was able to get a same day appointment with Garage Door Repair. They came very quickly arrived on time and let me know when they were close so I was prepared. Technician was friendly and got my garage door working like new. Great price & amazing service.
