Chip came out and did the work. The service was excellent. Chip was very nice, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed me things that people overlook, such as using WD-40 on all of the wear items. I would highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

They did a good job. They were very professional. They didn't give me any paperwork on the doors. They were fast and efficient and did it on the spot. The doors are working great. I had to pay cash and got no paperwork. Another company actually came out when I called them. They did a good job.

The service was good but the company went out of business. My garage wasn't working 2-3 weeks later so I called them to come and check it, and they have gone out of business. As far as the service at that time, it was fine. They did refer me to another company which was good. There was no extra charge. They had a year contract and they said that if I sign that and if there was any problem, they would put me first on the list and come out to fix the problem. I did that and it just happened that a couple of weeks after that, my garage door stopped working. I was pretty sure it was the sensors because I could see that the wires are kind of frayed. I called them to come back and that was when I found out they have gone out of business. The pricing was good.

They installed the door opener....we had a problem with the safety sensor...called them...they didn't show up....after another attempt I went on YouTube and figured out how that the sensor was apparently blocked...and fixed it myself.  then we had a wiring break and called them to fix it...they never showed up...never called....so I hired another service to repair the wire...when they arrived they made the repair and it still didn't work.  they said the motherboard needed to be replaced and that it was under warranty....but if we wante to fix it it would cost appoximately 475.00 for the motherboard and 115.00 to install it...recommended that we contact the people that put it in to honor the warranty...I called the company who made the garage opener in hope that we could get them to honor the warranty so I could get this fixed.  The warranty was under installer's name not mine so nothing could be done.  .I tried to call the installer three times...no response....also I contacted the people who recommended him...they said they were trying to contact <br /> him themselves because another client was having problems as well and he wasn't returning their <br /> calls either. They also said they would not be giving his name out anymore.  I'm writing you to ask that you also not recommend him.  He apparently doesn't honor his work.  I'm beginning to wonder if he was bonded or insured...that's my next search. <br /> If you need any additional information please let me know. <br />

He was very curtious and very professional. He was very nice in answering any questions we had about the doors. I am Going to use his company again next month to fix the third garage door. <br />

All went very well. Garage doors now operate beautifully (like new) and saved me the expense of new doors. Very pleased with everything about this company. <br />
