Excellent! Needed water heater was in stock and installed same day and done by 4pm. One employee came to do the estimate and another one came a few hours later to replace the water heater. Very easy to work and communicate with. Would definitely recommend!

Drain pipes in wall behind sinks Had been leaking for long time without our being able to locate leak. While they were engaged we also used them to replace three toilets with new low-water styles which required the replacement of the mounting flange in kind bathroom. <br />They did excellent work, and although we did not obtain bids, based on the number of hours/days involved, I think we got good value <br />

Yesterday, the day before Thanksgiving, I attempted a do-it-yourself dripping faucets repair. After 3 trips to the hardware store I realized I was over my head and called a plumber. The first Angie's list plumber promised help in 5 to 8 hours and wanted $130 for the "after hours" rate + labor and parts. And so I called Garrett's Plumbing Company. Mr. Garrett himself answered the phone, said he had a plumber working in my neighborhood who would be there within the hour. Mr. Jeff, the plumber, showed up a half-hour later, had the needed parts in his truck, replaced both leaky faucets within an hour and charged less than $125 for the work. Jeff was polite, professional, absolutely competent, and I would definitely use Garrett's Plumbing Company again. <br />

I called at least five other plumbers on Angie's List and the price to direct replace my faucet with the same identical model number ranged from $120 to $150. Garrett's plumbing came in at $120 or less. This meant a lot to me, as it could be less than their competitors.  <br /> Mike came out within the hour and had the job done within 45 minutes. His work was exceptional and now I have a fully functional kitchen faucet. <br />

He did the work quickly and expediently and there hasn't been any problems with the faucet.  They did a very good job raising the drain pipe to ground level.  So they didn't catch some of the pipe that needed to be replaced.  They didn't do a completely thorough job of discovering everything that needed to be worked out. 

I called Owen Garrett and told him my problem.  He asked me to text him a photo of the faucet handles.  He replied that it would be no problem.  A little later he phoned and told me Mike would be out at 2:30-3:00pm.  2:10pm Mike showed up and an hour later it was all done.  Very courteous, fast and reasonably priced.  I will call them again without hesitation. Excellent company! <br />

I was very impressed with the company's responsiveness, the professionalism of Jon, the plumber that was sent, AND frankly quite surprised by the reasonableness of the cost of the repair. I will use Garrett's again, and recommend them highly to others. <br />

He came as soon as I called, maybe an hour later for today's visit.  Very courteous and quick.  Knew a lot about plumbing. <br />

I call the office at 7:45 am and explained my problem.  I was told there was a serviceman in the area and as soon as he was finished he would head my way.  I received a call from Jeff at 8:15 am that he was on his way.  Jeff arrived at 8:30 am, assessed the situation and explained what he would be looking for once the toilet was removed.  He replaced the wax ring, replaced the toilet and tested it to make sure there was no further leaks.  Jeff was very professional and friendly. The work area was very clean at the completion of the job.  Extremely impressed with the workmanship. <br />

The job cost approximately $1,200 but it was well worth it, we had called many places and they said they could not perform that job for us, so we were glad to have found Garretts Plumbing. They are a very honest company and stand by what they do. We will refer them to friends and neighbors and will call them when needed.

Owen was very professional and did an awesome job.  He was neat and clean in appearance and in his work.  I didn't even have to wipe down the inside of my cabinet when he was through, even though I did anyway before putting everything away.  I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services. <br />

<strong>HONEST!  CLEAN!  KNOWLEDGEABLE!  HE IS THE BEST!!!  WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER CALLING SOMEONE ELSE!!!<br /> about 15 years ago, we lived in an apartment and a plumber was sent to us.  it was owen, and at that time, he worked for another company.  i was so impressed that i wrote his company a letter praising his work.  unfortunately, we lost contact.  after buying our house, we had terrible times with plumbers.  we had a problem with the kitchen sink and had received three esimates, each for approximately $1500.00.  then a friend told us about owen - same wonderful guy!!!  he fixed the problem for $125.00 and it has worked since!!!  needless to say we have only used his company since, and most recently we had him replace the plumbing.  excellent job.  his crew is clean and we have no complaints with any of the worked performed or his crew.  just as a side note...the first time we had him to fix the above mentioned sink repair, the guy he sent placed mats on the floor and sink (we had removed the items stored underneath) and after the work was finished, he cleaned the the floor beneath the sink and also cleaned a water filtration tank located there.  there was nothing to clean after he left.  it was as if nobody had even been here.  prices are great, he knows what he is doing and did i mention he is CLEAN!!!   <br /> </strong> <br />

These guys are totally professional, get right to work and do things right. They are a class act. Friendly too.

I was very pleased with Owen's professionalism and showing up in a timely manner.  It was a relief to be able to take a shower once the water was hot again!  They also offer a senior discount, which I appreciate since I am on a fixed income.  I would definitely refer Garrett's Plumbing Company and if another plumbing problem arises, I will call them again.
