Excellent - a polite and friendly worker, Gary is knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, efficient and pleasant to work with! He installed a new screen door - on a day I could not be home. It is a super job and allows me to have a breeze through the house! He is Neat and tidy with his work. He assisted me with obtaining a phone number and model number for questions to Manufacture Co.. (I could not read at bottom of powered chair, so he printed it all out for me) Great guy- be sure to keep his number handy- ?

the pull-chain on the Fan/light had broken off just at the point it emerged from the fixture, (because of the wobble) and a replacement at that point would not go thru the hole. he drilled out the hole so the chain connection would pass thru without problem. I had tried to put a dimmer switch on a 3-way switch and the whole thing ceased to function. once the correct switch was in, everything worked as it should. done in under an hour, had everything he needed for the job. cost included a replacement switch. pleasant and professional. reasonably priced

Mr. MacPeek showed up on time, fixed my dishwasher, hung a door, and replaced a window frame and repaired a rotten frame. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain what he was doing. He cleaned up after all of his work and everything he did was done well. I would definitely hire him again.

He came out, did the measuring, and gave me the name of a local store that would manufacture them. When they were made, I called him and he came out and installed them. It was a very efficient process.

My statement to Gary before he left today was something along the lines of, "I wish we used him instead of the other handymen over the last seven years." My goodness, Gary is the absolute best. We've been ripped off by other fellows who called themselves handymen but created disasters for us (one guy was so inept, my spouse and I had to make frequent runs to Lowes for parts he neglected to bring, another made a complete mess of rehanging closet shelves - leaving me to spackle and paint his mess). Gary's officially on call and said he was okay with it. He's innovative. The quirkiness of our house didn't phase him; it phased me! I couldn't figure out how the heck to do some of the work (so, I really needed Gary). I got most of the parts and have more of my own follow-up work to do. It's great this way. I said I'd hire Gary again. That's an understatement. His directions to me were great. He was here when he said he'd be. He returned phone calls.

Gary is meticulous, professional, and does a stellar job. I would recommend him to anyone for handyman work needing to be done. He listens. He showed me the progression of work so that I could discuss it with him. He fixed a part that needed to be reworked. He did extra work that wasn't originally on the list. On top of that...his rates are very reasonable. He came in less that what he had originally estimated for me. A very honest, dependable person. I will certainly be using him again. I would certainly be a recommendation for him, should anyone need to contact a reference.

It looks good. Gary gave me instructions on how to prime and paint the trim.

Gary upgraded the vent to make it more weather/bird/squirrel proof and did a very professional job of installation both on interior and exterior walls. Better than new. Lots of attention to detail and very personable.

Awesome job! Gary even took the boxes and styrofoam that came with thr new ligt fixtures, also took the old light fixtures to recycle, fixed a wobbly ceiling fan, and got the new tube on the screen door so it would stay propped open.

He was efficient and competent and arrived when he said he would. He did a complete clean up when he completed the work. He took the old ceiling fan and box of the new one to recycle. We were impressed with his work. We will certainly use him again and recommend him to our friends. <br />
